1. Upper press + one arm upper press
Sueperset
Front raise dumbbell 4 set x 12-15 reps/exercise
2. Standing Arnold
Superset
Lateral raises (leaning) 3-4 set x 12-15 reps
3. Biceps to Shoulders complx 4 set x 10-15 reps
Biceps:
1. W-curl
Superset
Alternating static curl
3 set x 10 reps
2. Face curls with rope

Isolated sitting knee curl with rope

I just wanna say that I have been going to the gym for years now with no structure and lately I have been typing up your videos on my notes, with pictures to help me and, WOW, these workouts have made such a huge difference to my training! This is a superb workout! I am going to try this at home, just not in mood to go gym today. I like how your explaining each exercise for those who may not know how to isolate properly. You should do a flexibility/motility routine if you do it. :)

Hanna- How do you schedule your workouts per week? (legs, gluten, abs, arms, etc.) Do you have any cardio or do you keep that at a minimum of 1-2 days? Do you keep this schedule every week, or do you get bored and mix it up? What are your thoughts about HIIT and spin?

Tjaaa :D Jag har nyligen börjat följa dig och kolla in dina videos och de är väldigt roliga (du bjuder verkligen på dig själv) och väldigt motiverande. Jag har alltid varit aktiv i olika träningsformer men brukar efter några månader tappa motivationen just på gymmet då det blir samma gamla övningar om och om igen. Så det är kul att få tipps om nya och utmanande övningar, och det från en person med varm och härlig utstrålning. Tack o keep up the good work! :D

I just did this omg. SO good. I was ok til the triceps pushups! I had to get on my knees. How can we improve upper strength to do those pushups? I'm going to try negatives and maybe that may help eh?

The workout is very good but too long. It took me one hour and a half, and I couldn't do my hiit session at the end. I think it includes too many excersices at the. Time

How do you share your workouts in a week? Do you do full upper body twice a week, legs twice a week, back workout, etc. Or do you do for example shoulders & back, triceps & Biceps, etc. ? Please answer :) I love your energy and you give me Inspiration and motivation!

Hi! Thank you for the kind words :) I usually train legs 2 times a week, then usually split one workout each for arms, back and shoulders!

For the first shoulder exercise, do you do 12-15 reps per set using both arms and then one shoulder press, or 4 reps both arms, then 4 reps one arm, 4 reps other arm
