I have been doing home workouts for almost a year so I have learned everything or I have been going to the gym for the first month and now I am seeing insane muscle gain 💪
Monday: Chest, Tri Tuesday: Back, Bi Wednesday: Legs Thursday: Shoulder Friday: Chest, Tri Saturday: Back, Bi Sunday: Rest Monday: Legs And so on. Basically, I workout according to the series, and don't train as per day. By this way, In one week, I Train, Chest, Tri, Back, Bi twice, and other week, Legs and shoulders are trained twice.
Mine Mon - legs Tue - chest Wed - back Thur - shoulder Friday - bicep tricep forearm Sat - cardio Sun - rest Most of the time i skip sat because i walk 1hr a day already for everyday so already i walked 6hrs
This only works till you have got all your newbie gains and that'll be about less than 6 months of training. After that muscles need to be trained with more individual emphasis and greater volume over the weeks.
I have been doing workout for 10 year but in between mene lockdown me bilkul ni kri then ek baar leg dislocate hone ke baad ek saal tk ni kra gym lekin jab bhi recovery krta hu toh beginner ki trah one weak full body next weak agar deltoid train krna h toh uske liye ek din yehi plan 3 weak tk krta hu fir adapt hone ke baad 2 weak 2 muscle workout kro jese chest tri or back bic or leg obviously ek hi din me train krne h uske sath koi dusra chota muscle jese abs, calf or after 1.5 month I will ready to start a push pull workout or yehi sbko karna chahiye definitely apke muscle grow hongey or push pull ek month chalo fir push pull me thode changes laao usko ek month chalo. Full body workout is good but us din biscep ke 2 exercise kar shakte hai kya beginner aise hi chest triceps shoulder ke 2 exercise ya sabhi ke 1 exercise please reply aur kab tak full body workout karte rahe

Hello bhai i am a big fan of yours i am going gym for 3 months with ppl in which i do only 1 leg day a week and i think my legs improved a bit compared to my other body parts which have no improveness so now i am thinking to change my split so can you suggest me to do bro split in which i will do 1 muscle a day in which i got an improvement in my legs or full body? ( I dont have any issue with going 6 days a gym ) ( Please ignore my english😅)
My frnd gain 4 kg weight in just 2 months , tip 1 she used to take calories in liquid form ( make smoothie - 2 banana,peanut butter,milk,3 almonds) in mornin. 2. Eat something in every 2 hour's , eat as much as u can . 3 . Track ur BW every week
Yes I used it for about 2 months from split training and gained muscle and I was only doing it twice in 8 days it is hard tho I used Squats, Incline Press, pull-ups, Arnold Press, Dumbbell Curls, Dips and Rack Pulls 3 sets of each exercise.

Gov gym mein saal ka 150 rs lgta h but depends on state and area kaha ka gym kesa h woh mujhe ni pta so humare yaha acha h aur gym mein proper form and techniques ese hi aa jata h pehle 1 month jitna prob hoga fir koi issue ni hoga aur jo bnda experienced h usse salah lekar ( unka copy ni khudke hisab se workout krke ) aage bado aur gov gym mein 90% equipments hote h idhar to h tumhare waha pta ni Maine sirf 4 - 5 months mein bht acha results Paya h with proper diet discipline hardwork nd yeah without trainer
Honestly, I don't understand full body workouts...how every muscle group will breakdown to failure doing 1 exercise 2-3 set every day...failure & recovery ka concept ni samajh aata
