Perhaps the best offensive line group in decades, with Joe Alt, the 6'8 5/8" 321 pounder, leading the charge. However, what impressed me most were a plaethora of other O-linemen who did better than expected and could thus do well in the NFL. Most underrated from the group: Frank Crum (6'8 1/4" 315), of Wyoming. Had he played in a power five conference he would be a lock as a first round pick. Because of his showing at the combine, running a 4.94 40-yard dash/1.69 10-yard split, he may end up being the steal of the 2024 draft.
Crum just has a name that you know is going to be multi pro bowler for steamrolling face every week. Just fuel him up with a fresh beer and a line before each game and he'll be carrying Aaron Donald all over the football field.
Xavier Worthy weighs approximately 175lbs. These lineman weigh an average of 300lbs to 320lbs running 4.92 40's. Throw 125 lbs on Xavier Worthy and see if he can run a 4.92. LOL!
These athletes are not trim. the NFL need superior nutrition going to college students. we need superior nutrition in this country. We need to be eating, super healthy meats that are raised remarkably well remarkably healthy salads galore. We literally need to redo the worlds nutritional habits.
