You can, just write them that you are nolonger intrested in working with them, they will give you a fee that you owe them and move on.... Why do you want to leave them though?

Hello Marion, I am a Canadian Nurse with NCLEX and in the process of signing with an agency that is in your list for eb3 sponsorship. The contract is very restrictive. Are there any points or duration you suggest I could negotiate with the agency? Any tips and red-flags I should watch out for when signing with the agency? Termination clause says 30 days notice and opportunity to fix the issue to the agency. What are negotiable terms with the agency that I can negotiate? If agency does a good job I dont care to negotiate any thing but want to be careful.
