No, actually a lot of vitamin C serums with Ascorbic acid or retinol serums have shelf life of 3 months after opening. Earth rhythm, skindeva and ordinary also give just 3 months shelf life after opening. Some products do give 6 months shelf life though but that's the maximum we can expect from Vitamin C.

I have a normal skin and I use it too.... You can use it even if you don't have oily skin. It is very gentle and calming and it helped me reduce acne and pimples
