@@Devondavis-fm2dzI remember when I watch it live at my grandparents house John Cena came back my reaction 😮 Money in the bank 2021 I’ll never forget When we get to see Roman vs John Cena at SummerSlam
For real dude, it's so hard to explain to others! I had to rewatch the WrestleMania 40 part with Undertaker coming out over and over again just because the sound of the crowd gave me literal chills up my spine!
Yep. It is also what comes to mind for me as "last big sporting moment before covid" There may have been others but that and the cancelling of the Australian GP (basically on the day of lockdown starting)
The Punk pop was mental. I loved Edge's return at the Rumble - you could see how emotional he was. But my all time favourite was Bray's return at Extreme Rules - the lights going down, the puppets and fiend in the crowd, "he's got the whole world in his hands", then the door, the mask, the lantern. I miss that man and so glad they're doing the Wyatt Sick6 well and hope that continues.
No. Not RIP Chris. That's not what we do. Good God, you don't get to excuse away what he did. CTE is awful, but it's NOT AN EXCUSE for murder. Look at Heyman's response to a fan calling out Benoit's name. Get a grip on reality
@@joshuabarnett88 I wasn’t saying it’s an excuse. But it helps us understand why he did what he did. I’ll never believe Benoit was evil but instead he was broken from all the brain damage, failing marriage, drugs and alcohol abuse etc etc
@@Jokerizbadass He has a point. As a performer, he was incredible. Worthy of being a world champion, when he did...but all that gets tossed aside because of that one incident. CTE had a choice and chose to go through with it, the others didnt- No, NEVER had a choice to begin with. So, his credibility as a star talent...is nothing because of one night...and it's a night everyone has to live with.
@joshuabarnett88 "get a grip on reality" How about you understand that people can separate art from the artist, Michael Jackson is accused of some pretty heinous shit but they will still play Beat It on the radio. Using your logic, how can you be a fan of WWE while Vince "The Predator" McMahon was using it to take advantage of women? Shame on you, how dare you enjoy WWE.
@@tjjunious7084 other then there were 3 people died in that house and one 1 had the choice . And there is a lot of proof. That’s why the case has been closed for almost 20 years bro
The Sweet Chin Music by HBK is the most outta nowhere move, but it has to be done by Shawn Michaels. Nobody has perfected the look, the timing and the sound of connection better than HBK !!!
Hulk Hogan after fighting The Rock at Wrestlemania, The Rock in Rochester in 2000 and Stone Cold the night Making won the championship are the strongest ever in my opinion
Dude, Enzo & Cass was the reason I started following wwe on a weekly basis. I knew a lot about wrestling beforehand, but never watched week to week until I saw their promos popping up on RU-vid. I miss them so much.
I believe the sound during the Thunderdome days were from the audio from the computers of the fans that logged in...unless I'm mistaken and no sound was coming from those streams
3:19 I remember this in real time ❤ First time seeing Edge after the attitude era. So good. I heard you say you started watching a bit later, how old are you brother? I’m 32 for example. Not sure if that plays a role in when we started watching.
Incredibly rare to find someone that started watching wrestling a few years after the attitude era boom. That was the best time to be a wrestling fan period
NXT Black and Gold is the best era. All the independent talent that went through there was insane. Now it’s mostly home grown talent which is not bad. The Gargano and Ciampa feud was amazing.
It’s hard being a wrestling fan every single time cuz soon as you hear Chris Benoit’s theme for a return pop or when he won the WHC at wrestlemania xx I’m not takin’ up for Chris cuz what he did was inhumane and disgusting but damn L.I.G. L.I.G. MANE LET IT GO!!!!!!! cuz I wasn’t there when it happen and most definitely yall wasn’t there at Chris’ Atlanta home when it happened
Best outta nowhere finisher? Sweet Chin Music, Shawn Michaels ruined superkicks for me. No one does it like him especially because he always gets the right distance between himself and the opponent to get a fully extended leg, not any of the wet noodles that they throw out nowadays where they always get too close so the legs are always bent to protect anyone taking the move. But since Shawn Michaels probably won't be performing in any physical capacity anymore, it goes to the RKO. Stunner takes some setup and it takes away just enough for the RKO to win over
lol you always know these compilations are just thrown together willy nilly when you miss some of the biggest pops, have some real odd choices thrown in, and to cap it off you get thunderdome "pops". Still can be fun to watch though!
Tbh i think that the Orton Return at Survivor Series is missing and at the moment where you've said: i miss you now, man made me also so freaking sad 😢
How old were you Conman when Benoit did what he did. You were probably too young to remember it or did you even watch wrestling then? Yea he committed a heinous act but you have no skin in the game and to act like you did just so you don’t get “cancelled” on twitter (oh no, so devastating) is wild. Crazy stuff because his last act doesn’t erase everything that came before it and he was Canadian to boot
He killed his family. I had been watching for 2 years and saw it unfold on TV. I remember my mom telling me as it was on THE NEWS. It was a brutal act of violence that I will never support. It’s ridiculous that people still defend him simply because “he wrestle good”
Video missed an insane amount of huge ones. CM Punk enterance MITB 2011/Winning. Daniel Bryan turns on Bray Wyatt in the steel cage. Stone Cold helping Mankind winning his title. Criminal to keep those off
