Eric, you changed my life brotha. I'm 32 now and was 19 when my cousin first sent me your guru/water video... since that day I've watched that video at least 400 times, left it on repeat during all my toughest times. I have that script memorized. I sit here, day 8 of the new year, heavy hearted because as I let doubt and illness take more control of me that I shouldn't have. The illness causes immense pain, docs told me I could lose my vision by this year but I'm not crying because of that pain, I cried today because of the immense hope this speech GAVE me. I'm in disbelief what I have been able to accomplish. I owe you.

I have a guesthouse resort in Jamaica and I'm doing everything I can to save my place. How do you stay focused when it feels like you're on the brink of destruction? It seems like a silly question because I have helped others go through and get through some things, so why is it so hard for me to do it for myself?
