This bestarc review will tell you more about my bestarc plasma cutter which I think surpasses the rest of my plasma cutters in terms of features and performance. But the one thing I immediately liked about this best plasma cutter under $300 is it doesn’t require too much of the setup stuff which we usually do when we have new plasma cutters, particularly with the air filters.
I also have the Plasmargon which has a capacity of 55 amps and the FLAMEWELD 50 Amp which also rocks in with 50 amps of power. So simply, this video is my plasma cutter comparison of my new bestarc plasma cutter to the previous two I have.

As I have found out, the bestarc is not only good for its no-assembly requirement but also has the features I need for a reliable plasma cutter. It has the Post Time, the voltage indicator, the LED red panel to show the amps and the adjuster for the air pressure (Psi), and all of these are at the front panel of the unit.
Moreover, why I call this unit one of the best plasma cutters I have, is because it is designed to protect its circuitry and also the consumables which we know are the most vulnerable parts of our plasma cutters. What I mean by this is it has an internal fan that only goes off once you press the trigger of the torch. This means that it not only automatically cools off the internal components but also the consumables that are on the torch once you start your cutting.
Not only that, if you press the trigger in quick succession, there’s about a one-second delay before the plasma is released from the torch while the air comes out. This also indicates that the machine always tries to cool off the consumables before another blast of hot plasma goes through them.
So if you’re searching for the best plasma cutter under $300, this is the one I can recommend though this doesn’t mean my other two are not good enough though I like the bestarc’s features even more.
