After Miss Montreal had finished singing, she was crying and then she told that she had chosen this song, because she was going through a very though time since her stepfather recently had passed away. She had difficulty dealing with this loss, he was very important in her life and when she came across this song sung by Stef, she said she could feel every word of it, understood the meaning of each word, that it was exactly where she was and what she was going through at that moment of time and that's why she got so emotional when she sang it 💖
