I like the way you think sir! I did something similar a few years back but instead of a puzzle box I made the boxes and the gift was in a fully finished with all nail holes stain matched & filled….it took 6 months for someone to finally open 1 and they all knew I put the same thing in all of them…..a 8”x10” pic of my handsome self with a $10.00 gift certificate to Bob Evans. I would’ve loved it myself…the Bob Evans would’ve just been a bonus? 😉✌🏻

If I were your friend every Christmas I'd show up with at least a Swiss Army Knife with a saw.
