I've had smaller WalkSnail-based quads, but never a 1S whoop. How will it hold up, and can I fly it comfortably around my house and outside? There's only one way to find out

Extra Nice review. The clarity was unbelievable to say the least! WOW!! Yes, this little whoop is on my list as soon as I receive the new Walksnail goggle I have ordered. Have no I idea when will be released

Wow totally awesome video quality looks great and it seems fun and easy to fly! Now you can fly inside the Queen Palace!🤪 all you need to do is get it open window and you can see everything what’s inside!😎👍

I order this little quad yesterday and I had not seen this review. It looks very fun to me. And is almost DJI quality in a micro quad. That person you saw, if it was, was very creepy, lol

Curry, I believe you caught a Inhumanoid on HD Video! That's no sane person just happened to be sitting there at the exact moment you're flying through. You see what appears to be a human figure but not quite a full person! Awesome!!! Congratulations! "THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE!"

Would you recommend this, or the Moblite7 Walksnail?

It depends.... (and I should say i've only flown the HDZero version of the Moblite7) For me, I liked the BetaFPV more. It's mainly because it was so easy to get the performance right to fly inside the tight spaces of the house. There was more effort getting the moblite 7 to behave near the same, and the camera wouldn't go quite as flat. The flip side of that is that the Moblite is more nippy and lighter, so much easier to pull out of things. For me - this only comes to life outside, where doing a split S needs a bit of forward thinking on the Meteor, but is no issue on the Moblite. But very much down to how you like to fly and the spaces you have available

I noticed the ELRS reception on the Meteor 75 Pro is bad. Very bad. Very, very bad. So bad that I thought the RX was faulty and I got a replacement FC from BetaFPV, but the reception with the replacement was as bad as before. I have several other quads with ELRS and none of them has a so bad reception. I can not recomment this Whoop.

Sorry you had a bad experience. As mentioned in this video, the antenna here is a small piece of copper wire - it's not going to be comparative to a regular receiver. In my tests, the radio kept bumping up the TX power, but I've flown at 100mw to a decent range. We're talking decent for whoops though, these aren't really the quads for long range cruising

@@CurryKitten Distance corresponds to penetration. As you fly out in your garden the TX power bumped to 1 watt. What was between you and the Quad? Two walls? With my other quads I can fly from my garden around my house (two outer walls, two inner walls) with 50mW without any problem. My Meteor failsaves with 250mW (max with my ELRS modul) :/ BetaFPV should solder a IPX connector instad of this copper wire...
