Beth is a great singer/songwriter - one of the most talented female artists in the world in my opinion. Her songs are so emotional -- partly because, she lived a lot of what she is singing about -- and well, you can't fake that kind of soul.
people that are this talented are so deeply connected ..it is painful to watch someone struggle with addiction....and or mental illness. This lady is unmatched PERIOD. her perseverance and continued willingness to be totally transparent in her life her art ,her gift is just unreal... This is an amazing song written by very inspirational and beautiful lady. Whether this song, or " Take it easy on me " is my favourite i'm not too sure. Both are songs that i can close my eyes to, and get right in there and as you say, bring about change for many.
