May you kindly pray for Michelle who is in an induced coma in a hospital in Dallas Texas please. She visited from Australia and collapsed at the airport in Dallas almost a month ago and has remained in hospital. We are desperate for her healing, restoration of health and for a miracle to the glory of God the Father. We believe God is the same yesterday, today and forever. The doctors want to pull the plug

Thank You for the prayer, out here in Anderson SC . Just got my power yesterday. But I’m blessed in comparison to some others around me. Please keep them coming, we definitely need them throughout these states, it’s like a war zone. I’ve never seen anything like it here in this part of the country. No one has been left untouched!!! Fire trucks are frequently seen as the power gets started up in different areas. Since ours came back on late yesterday evening, we’ve seen flickering on occasion, I think is normal as those around regain power.
Thank you SO much for letting us know. Our hearts and our prayers are for you - and we are praying for supernatural provision for all those effected by this horrible disaster. We are hearing incredible reports of Churches and ministries getting help through to those who need help - in miraculous ways.
The churches have been really great at pulling together. We got a meal brought to us on one evening. The support of community pulling together has been amazing. Radio stations taking people’s calls just to let them tell where things were and how to get what. It’s been both heartbreaking and at the same time I’ve seen beauty coming up from those ashes . You can’t go far without seeing a tree that’s been on someone’s home. I’ve seen so many answered prayers. But my heart is breaking for what’s going on in NC . There are still people who are without power. Around me, most everyone has finally got their power restored. But many places only accept cash. No debt, or credit cards are usable. Depending on where you are and what place you go to. Some of the systems aren’t back up. I’ve been studying God’s word with y’all for a good many years, you have been a shining light for me, especially right now, while the lights were out, I managed to get you on here. It’s been my one source of inspiration and encouragement

Why does the church (in general) mention government spending is an issue only when a certain party is in office; when both parties have led to significant deficits for future generations to pay? I am not being political, as Bill mentioned, just sharing an observation (from decades of life). It is perspective, but yes, the younger generation will be responsible for the older generation...a transfer of assets (from the younger generation to the older generation => opposite of inheritance) and tax burden between generations...
These numbers are not exact but are close. It took from George Washington to Ronald Reagan for America to amass 2 trillion in debt. Since Reagan we have amassed 35 trillion dollars of debt. Our present path is unsustainable. If this continues China will overtake us as the dominate power and the yuan will be the reserve currency for the world. Wisdom is crying out. The church is talking about it because we are hearing it from the leading economist. The church isn't making this stuff up.
