In several interviews from 1988, Bette Davis throws serious shade at Faye Dunaway, with whom she costarred in the 1976 TV movie The Disappearance of Aimee.
The one thing she really upset Bette was Joan campaigning against her during the 1962 Oscars. It also was just plain stupid. When films win awards they make more money. Both women had percentage rights to Baby Jane. Joan needed the money because of her crazy spending habits. She missed out on a big chunk of change.
@@doody244 , are there corroborating evidence of Joan campaigning against Davis other than what Davis had claimed, which is then repeated by the tabloids and her biographers? Are there people out there who can back up what Davis said, that Joan contacted them and persuaded them not to vote for Davis? Joan was probably upset in not getting a nomination so she found a way to insert herself into the Oscars. Davis, on the other hand, was upset that she lost and try to rationalize it by blaming it on Joan. Joan accepting the award for Brancroft didn't help matters and Davis felt that was a deliberate slap on her face.
I was an extra at the Denver filming and it’s true what Ms Davis said. We had to wait a couple hours to get our lunch. Dunaway never knew her lines, was always asking someone to tell them to her. Ms Davis came out, did her lines, no mistakes and when she finished, the place erupted in applause!!
As much as her and Joan Crawford disliked each other, Bette always praised Joan for her work ethic. She was on time, knew her lines, and was a complete professional.
Faye dunaway just got fired from "tea at 5" prior to its Broadway transfer, for treating the crew terribly and acting like a real Mommie dearest, with truly outrageous and outlandish behavior. I believe everything that Miss Davis is saying.
Hmm, yes, I recall hearing about Dunaway's difficult ways before Bette Davis opened up about it. Maybe she has that insecure fear Marilyn Monroe was reported to have.
I adore Bette Davis and I definitely think she was one of the best. But best? I disagree. Gladys Cooper for one absolutely upstaged her in “Now, Voyager”
NO ONE drives a point home like Bette does! She's probably STILL to this day in her casket going over the points as to why Faye Dunaway is SO unprofessional!
You are so right... no one drives home a point like Bette Davis. In the 1987 Oscars, Paul Newman, not in attendance, had given Bette Davis permission to accept his Oscar, should he receive it. He won, for the first time ever, and out came Bette Davis. (I'll never forget it, it was sublime) She said, "Well, it's about god damned time!" She was about three sheets to the wind, and some poor boy who was sent out to get her off stage kept saying, "Miss Davis, Miss Davis," obviously terrified of her, was trying to get her off of the stage. Here's something: I cannot find Bette Davis's monologue at the 1987 Oscars anywhere on the net. Why?
She wasn't mentioning her by name in order to denigrate her character, she was answering a direct question, honestly. Nowadays everything would be vetted in advance to ensure against anything even remotely controversial or damaging to the person being interviewed. I prefer the way it was back in the day when interviewees felt comfortable, to some extent, speaking their mind.
I believe Bette Davis is being honest and no she was not jealous of Dunaway. They're several actors/ directors who worked with Fay Dunaway and also found her difficult to work with.
I agree. As much as she personally detested Joan Crawford, Bette nonetheless referred to her as a consummate professional. She also never said anything negative about Anne Bancroft, to whom she lost in her bid for a third Oscar. So jealousy was definitely not a factor at all with Bette.
The thing is, they're provoking her here and taking advantage really. You can totally tell that KIng must have seen the previous interview and thought it would be funny to get her to say some nasty things on his show. Whether she's just being honest, or is maybe not exercising the best judgement, it seems like all the media wanted from Davis was to badmouth people for their entertainment. So she gave them what they wanted. I doubt there was real animosity towards other stars. Clearly Dunaway did one thing that annoyed her once, and it's being blown up into a major thing.
It seems to be the general consensus, and yet I had Ms Dunaway as a client in the late 70s when she was married to Peter Wolf and living in Boston. I sold her skin care and fragrance for a year and a half, and she was consistently polite and kind and oddly shy.
Stuart Ashbourne-Martin Faye Dunaway is literally the only actress Bette Davis has said something negative about on multiple occasions. Obviously, Bette was very passionate about her dislike for Faye. I am sure Bette could have mentioned numerous others she's worked with over the years, but she didn't. Also, the only negative thing she saids about Joan Crawford is that Joan campaigned against her during Oscar award season back in 1963 because Joan was jealous. Of course this is Bette's opinion of that situation. Many in Hollywood have said negative things about Faye, I am very surprised that Warren Beatty agreed to walk with Faye on stage twice at the Oscars 2017 and 2018. We all know that an actor or actress can arrive late on set due to a number of reason, but to purposely hold up production because of a hissy fit is extremely selfish. Bette is right, it was very unprofessional. Kate Jackson from Charlie's Angels once gave a hissy fit on set and she wanted to close it down and go off on a date with Warren Beatty. Only after Kate agreed to cover the cost of that day's production did the producers agree to shut down.
Mamadou Aziza As a huge Bette Davis fan, I must admit that I have mostly read/heard her saying bad things about other actresses than saying nice things.. Even here, she spoke against Hopkins too.. Davis had her flaws too, there are people who have said many negative things about her too.. And I am sure Warren Beatty knows Dunaway better than the armchair critics on RU-vid to have agreed to walk with her twice at Oscars..
Dunaway stayed at a hotel I worked for 10 years ago. And she was "difficult". B. Davis was awesome! Would have loved to sit in a room with her and listen to her stories.
Have you ever seen faye in interviews she's very annoying and u professional. She even called Cristiana Crawford a lier about her mother even though she never met Joan
@@debbiemontague2355 She thinks Christina is a liar, but that did not stop her from playing her mother in a most demonizing light while making a lot of money off of it.
Even into old age, Bette Davis was elegant! Hollywood has lost so much over the years. Most of today’s so called stars have no idea what elegance, sophistication and class are!
"Yankees" don't have a monopoly on "work ethic". There are people all over the World who do back-breaking labor w / o getting Oscars for reading lines, convincingly.
@@punkanellylovejoy702 :: What's "unAmerican" ? Was I rude ? That's very American. Did I tell an un-truth about the American work-ethic ? Lots of people, inside / outside of the United States, have a work-ethic ; however, in America's other face in the labor-market, Slaves buildt this country.
I was on the set of "The Disappearance of Aimee" in Denver in 1976 as an extra so I can vouch for Miss Davis' assessment of Dunaway. At the time, I was a working actress and in fact had auditioned for a small speaking part in a scene that would have included Dunaway, Miss Davis and several others. I didn't get the part but my agent arranged for me to be an extra so I witnessed everything Miss Davis speaks of about Dunaway's lack of professionalism. I found out several months later that the reason I didn't get the part was because Dunaway didn't want any pretty women to be in her shot. This puzzled me because Dunaway was at the peak of her career and was considered at the time to be a great beauty.
Messylin Just out of curiosity what is your connection to Dunaway? Based on your comments in response to others on this thread I gather that at the very least you're a devoted fan if not a close friend.
Messylin I'm not going to debate with you what Anthony Harvey (the director) said about Betty Davis. I'm reporting what I saw and observed first hand. People on this thread have consistently reinforced the fact that Dunaway was uncooperative and unprofessional. Has nothing to do with her talent and the performances she rendered. Could you please provide the source of your allegation that Anthony Harvey disputes Miss Davis claims? Thank you.
You're still looking very pretty Ms. Hurtado. The hairdresser of Bette Davis recalled a time when Anthony Harvey got so incensed at Dunaway, he threw a bottle on the floor and the contents splashed on her costume a bit.
I think Bette is one of the few who earned being called a “star” or “diva” Bette Davis jeaulous of Faye Dunaway? That’s like saying a swan envies a hen!
None of Bette's films command the fraction of an audience that Faye in Mommie Dearest does. Faye Dunaway has become the supreme diva of all homosexuals. Bette's films are dated and her hammy acting is soap opera worthy, but Faye's talent was operatic and unforgettable.
Messylin mommie dearest? Honey, that’s camp! A pathetic, clownish impersonation “Crawford” I love Crawford, Even Faye wants to distance herself from that trainwreck. Entertaining? Yes, but not iconic. Bette was too high up in the Hollywood stardom to be bothered, because its from her own name that these campy actresses got a job.
It's a brilliant portrayal of a narcissistic, bipolar, alcoholic child abuser who lives in a fantasy world. It was the perfect commentary on Crawford as a star who desperately tried to recreate herself to escape the poverty stricken trauma of her origins but couldn't escape from herself. It's iconic.
Messylin you took mu comment out of context, I started to write about Mrs Davis not envying Dunaway, then you talked about “mommie dearest” an inaccurate portrayal made public by her loser of a daughter, Entertaining, yes Iconic.Nope, it falls in the same category as “police academy” lol 😂
I love Bette Davis's honesty, when she loved she loved but when she hated, wow, watch out world, no holds barred.....whatever you want to say about the late actress, she was a brilliant, way beyond talented actress who by todays standards, nobody could hold a candle too.....and I like Faye Dunaway too....both are divas of different generations.😘
The difference with Miriam Hopkins was even although she was difficult ( some of it to do with the fact she suspected Bette Davis of fooling around with her husband ) she was an amazing actress and Bette knew that - they did a few films together and the sparks between Miriam and Bette are electric .Bette tolerated Miriam because she know the end result would be worth it
LOVE Bette!!! She spoke in ways that frightened men and scared away pansy women. She was tough, she was merciless and she was a goddess!!! She also always managed to stay relevant
Possibly the greatest actress of all time many women didn’t dare do parts like she did for fear of their career being ruined but she didn’t mind being hated in some of her roles but at the end you can’t help but applaud her bringing all of her characters to life
I saw Faye in the Broadway Tour of Master Class in Pittsburgh when I was younger. Spectacular! Utterly spectacular performance. Also a spectacularly late start to the show. I can only imagine what was going on behind the curtain.
Rick Mileske I remember hearing this about Holden and Dunaway. She repeatedly was late, kept people waiting on set, bla bla bla. She really pissed of Bill and he let her know it.
I wish I could remember where I heard or read about it but there was something about the trouble between William Holden and Faye Dunaway being so bad one time on the set of "The Towering Inferno" that Fred Astaire had to intervene. It was right around this time the William Holden and Faye Dunaway starred together in the movie "Network" for which Ms. Dunaway won the Oscar.
I read that book by Rutanya Alda in which she kept a journal during her work on set of Mommie Dearest. Apparently Faye Dunaway made sure the other actresses had little to no makeup on and were mostly out-of-view for camera angles. Back towards camera. Standing towards the side. Less light, etc... She wanted no one else to shine during filming.
She looked so very frail, but she still had that "spark of life" that stayed with her in spite of her terminal illness. I greatly admired her professionalism, dedication, and candor. She was hesitant to criticize fellow actors, except when their actions were well known as being unprofessional. I would have loved to have met her.
Paul Cote She did a press conference in which she clarified that it was Andrew Lloyd Webber who was unprofessional and replaced her in the play at the last moment without informing her.. He said that he did it because he felt that Dunaway's vocal abilities wouldn't do justice to the character, but he had already done the rehearsals with Dunaway for months.. Besides, I have read about others complaining Webber's unprofessional behavior.. I am just saying, it would be wrong to blame just one person, based on what we hear from others..
She might be difficult on other projects but Sunset Blvd had nothing to do with her being unprofessional. Webber promised her the role and signed a contract then changed his mind. Deciding her voice wasn't right. That's why she won her lawsuit against him in court.
Nothing great to see here. Just the mean spirited vendetta of a washed up and embittered old hag. Karma certainly paid Bette Davis back in kind and she spent her last years looking like the walking dead. A lifetime of toxic behaviour will do that to something.
And what's Dunaway doing now? Bit roles in crap B horror movies. Dunaway is an embittered old hag who bullies the "little people" like us. And you, Messylyn, are just inches away from being an embittered old hag for wasting your time attacking Bette Davis
Dunaway is past her prime now, like Bette was here. But Dunaway doesn't spend her time appearing on shows attacking actors, she lives a private life. Bette was so drunk for attention and praise, no wonder her own daughter detested her.
@ Messylin.....The lady was in her eighties and survived both cancer and a stroke....she worked like a pro until the day she died. Dunaway isn't worthy to light one of Davis's cigarettes. She looks fine to me. Show a little respect to one who is considered by most movie historians to be the greatest actress of the Twentieth Century. You sound like a complete idiot.
She was a disgusting chain smoker and everything that happened to her in the last 10 years of life was karma for a lifetime of abusive, depraved malice. As for greatest actress, she was a ham, her films are horribly dated and her acting is 99% bravado, 1% skill.
Sheila Roberts That’s your opinion of her and my personal opinion of her is that she is exactly like Joan Crawford if you idolize her and respect her that’s all fine
@@maximoscott8135 Have you not seen Bonnie & Clyde. That was her at her best. Mommie Dearest ruined Dunaways career because if came across as a parody not an acting performance. Fayemi actually had to take ad out in a famous acting professional paper apologizing for how bad she was in that film
- You are a true proffesional. That's for sure. - Yes, that is really what "she" isn't. I thought I'd die laughing! Lovely Miss Davis. We'll never forget you.
I love Bette Davis! I don't have a particular favorite movie of hers, but I can watch ANY movie that she did because she is just such a fascinating personality. I literally cannot take my eyes off of the screen. I like Faye Dunaway. The 2 movies of hers that stand out for me are 3 Days of the Condor and Network. Brilliantly written and directed movies both with great ensemble casts. Even the smaller parts are perfectly cast. I can't take my eyes off of Dunaway in those movies either. Behind the scenes stuff is fascinating to me. But what they both going for them onscreen is even more interesting. Some of these younger actresses could take acting lessons from both of them!
Bette Davis was, And ever shall be, the epitome of “professional actor.” She is the icon Dunaway could only hope to be. I will say this about FD; when she was young, she had the most perfect and beautiful profile I’ve ever seen. But, that’s about it.
Suffice to say that Bette Davis had a very strong work ethic throughout her long career, and she was indeed a professional on the set. She always knew her lines, and often everyone else's as well. She had very high and exacting standards for behavior when she was working on a film project, expected her co-workers on set to meet them, and didn't hesitate to let people know when they didn't. She was also known for holding longstanding grudges, and she was also a gossip.
She just might have invented the prototype of the phrase "said nobody ever" - -"I WILL RAISE MY GLASS NEVER TO MISS FAYE DUNAWAY!" I love this. There's no one like Davis in today's industry - she's greatly missed.
I always thought handsome GARY COLLINS was dignified, good and decent for talk shows. Couldn't understand the low class fools as Sally Jessie Raphael and Jerry Springer enduring on tv. Dont watch tv anymore.
The Golden Era of great Actors and Actress's are just about all gone.. Today's Hollywood is a crap of a Town, or should I say .. "What a Dump!" There will never be another Ms. Davis....
lightsofrose you are absolutely true! Today ‘s actors don’t make anybody dream of becoming a star themselves like Betty Davis generation did. As far as the town itself, it is so disappointing! Hollywood blvd is ugly, the star sidewalks are not well maintained and stink. You only see homeless people and vulgar souvenirs shops on this once famous (for its glamour) boulevard. What a dump! That’s exactly what comes to mind when you are there. The golden era is definitely (way) behind us. This is not whining. This is acknowledging the sad reality.
Davis was obsessed with her career, true, but she was a pro. Courteous to everyone on a set. She knew the value that each person contributed to the product and respected that. Difficult when it came to things that she felt impacted the film etc, but that was motivated by wanting the best possible product.
No, she wasn't courteous. Celeste Holm said on the first day of shooting All About Eve, she said good morning to Bette who turned to her and replied "Oh shit, good manners". Davis was a narcissistic, vile piece of work.
I think that if Bette Davis said Miss Dunaway was difficult then she probably was, note that Bette did not say Faye wasn't a fine actress, only that she was inconsiderate. Bette Davis has always said that Joan Crawford was on time, knew her lines, was always professional - it's known that Crawford and Davis were not great friends but the rivalry between them has often been exaggerated ~ also, she has said in the past that Miriam Hopkins could be a real Bitch and I know they did several movies together so I would think that there must be SOME truth to it ~
Johnny Gainor While I’ve always heard Faye was difficult, Bette leaves out that there was a point in time that she was sleeping with Miriam Hopkins husband 😂 That may have been why Miriam hated her.
Dunaway denied Davis' claims in her autobiography, writing "Watching her, all I could think of was that she seemed like someone caught in a death throe, a final scream against a fate over which no one has control. I was just the target of her blind rage at the one sin Hollywood never forgives in its leading ladies: growing old."
I always heard Faye Dunaway was very hard to work with,,they said she was demanding and thought she was the star,,,I believe Bette Davis,,,,she was a very good actress of her time,,,very versatile....
Bette Davis once said that during the filming of "All About Eve" some of those involved were saying that they didn't think Marilyn Monroe would succeed in show business. I'm not sure why but I suspect it was because of Marilyn being so nervous and maybe even then she was keeping people waiting.) but Bette Davis said of Marilyn something like, "She's going to be bigger than any of us". I've always wondered what Bette Davis saw that made her know that Marilyn Monroe would become a great star.
Marilyn didn't become a great 'star' though. She was more famous and remembered as an icon, a figure of the times and now an enduring symbol of glamour. Yes she appeared and starred in many movies, but who really regards her for her film performances? Not many.
The usual thing . Insert Monroe in every scenario even if it has nothing to do with her at all * rolls eyes * . I seriously doubt the * bigger than all of us * thing ( it is OOC for Bette ) and it is simply untrue even after all these years . Monroe's contribution to actual cinema is minimal compared to Davis ( she has one bonafide classic and that is Some like it Hot ) . She is remembered for her looks , lovers , death , tragic background, photoshoots , outfits in films ( not the films per se ) , misquotes and all the other crap. That's why even her ' fans ' can't even cite 2 of the movies she actually starred in . That's why despite being this huge icon her actual movie legacy is lacking . It was never about that . She is a brand ( then and now ) and I suspect deep down she knew it . Bette is an artist with a career that spanned decades , includes lots of classics , oscars , challenging parts and a true example of professionalism and mastery of the craft . Her fans are true fans cause they actually care for the work she did and left behind and not just glitz , glamour and ... tragedy I guess .
@@robb7398 No I haven't as half are bandwagoners ( and that was my point hence the " fans " thing ) . All those fake ass quotes being posted and reposted on social media prove this . If they were fans they would know she never said most of those . But they are not fans ( or even cinephiles ) , they just happen to know who she is and project into her supposed persona . Just like her actual fans insert her everywhere even if she is completely peripheral to the situation.
One thing Bette is right on that she says at the end: producers should dock the comp of actors and actresses who are consistently late and run costs up with their lateness. Ridiculous they are allowed to get away with that.
This was Gable's complaint while making 'The Misfits.' Monroe was always late so other actors began to say, 'Why should I show up on time when nothing is going to happen?' Gable like Davis prided himself on being a professional: always on time and knew his lines. Since those days.....
The story about Faye probably could be attested by 5000 Denver exrtras who sat in a baking 100 degree tent in about 1976 waiting for Ms. Dunaway to show up...In th book Bette vs Joan, the author relates that Ms. Dunaway was drinking champagne in her limo and going around in circles while Bette and the extras waited for her to show....maybe an hour later?
Linda Kilbride yes, Feud was definitely look through the Ryan Murphy lens at Bette and Joan. There is so much that was presented in untruthful ways or ways that made it more dramatic which compromised truth. I especially didn’t like how they portrayed Joan and her so called sex film. I thought that was really disgraceful and Joan would be mortified if alive. That is urban legend, and it was treated as pretty much fact. Many instances made me question credibility
@Muzik Queen Not only that but people no longer know her as Faye Dunaway the know her as one of the senior actresses she did not care about anytime anyone thinks of her they think of mommie dearest lmao.
@Linda Kilbride Ms. De Havalland lost her case against the produces of "Bette and Joan." I thought they would have settled with De Havilland, but they (the producers) took the case to court and won.
Yes there is. Faye Dunaway was beautiful and talented. Bette was talented, and that's it. She must have been sick with envy to see this new girl who not only surpassed her in talent but also had the beauty she lacked.
Bette made glorified soap operas. Faye's tenure in cinema heralded a new naturalistic era for cinema where better work was being done. Faye surpassed Bette as a dramatic actress, for Bette was a scenery chewing ham with little technique.
Boy, are you wrong. I love Faye at her best (Chinatown, Network) but she is no Bette Davis. And she ruined her career by a) being so difficult; & b) carving up that incredible face.
Oh puh-leaze. Though she had some truly brilliant moments in the film - I don't deny it - much of her performance was so over the top it was ridiculous. What's with the crossing of the eyes whenever she's in closeup. What's with the weird face she makes after she says "I wanted you to mean it."
1976 TV movie....that was the year Dunaway won for "Network", after a string of hits/great performances, from Bonnie And Clyde, Chinatown, Towering Inferno, Thomas Crown Affair, Little Big Man, etc...... What she was doing a TV movie in 1976 for was unusual, perhaps she did it just to work with Davis. In 1976, Bette Davis was lucky to get a TV movie. Both are fantastic actors (although as much as I love Faye, I'm a Bette fanatic). And both have horror stories about them, INCLUDING Bette Davis, and around the time period we're talking about. Anson Williams has a horror story about working with her in 1980 doing a TV movie, "Skyward".
A director who worked with Dunaway was asked how he got along with her. "It;s easy", he replied. "If you go to her dressing room, you always throw red meat in before you enter. That distracts her".
That's actually a quote by Irene Sharaff, a legendary costume designer who also worked in Mommie Dearest and had the unfortunate experience of Faye's diva antics.
I was there for the Denver Filming in the large church. Betty was totally accurate. Faye Dunaway kept us all waiting, when she got there couldn't remember her lines. It was a total waste of time.
That is seriously breathtaking. Poor Bette is nothing but skin and bones, it is so sad to see her almost shrinking away before our eyes. I wonder how Dunaway felt knowing that one of the greatest movie legends of all time had this opinion of her. And especially because Bette was also someone who was called "difficult" (but only because she was a woman who wouldn't put up with shit from a male-run industry, not because she was unprofessional).
She probably didn't care.. because Joan Crawford had already praised Dunaway's acting abilities and stated that Dunaway was the only actress she (Crawford) thought could play her. How ironic that Dunaway would play Crawford in the infamous "Mommie Dearest'... the movie even Toxic 'Tina distanced herself from!
Bette Davis was a truth speaking woman! If you was a true friend to Miss Davis she held you with the up most respect! But never get on her hit list? For Bette would be your greatest enemy that you ever knew.
A movie was being filmed in our little town around 1986, the make up lady was very sweet and chatty. I asked her "Who was the most difficult person she had worked with" . Without any hesitation she said Faye Dunaway. When she was done with her make-up, Faye would grab the cold cream, get a handful and smear it on her own face and scream, "NOW DO IT RIGHT!" Same thing with her hair. If she didn't like it, she would mess it up with her hands and scream, "HOW ABOUT DOING IT RIGHT THIS TIME!! ".
I met Faye Dunaway today 08.30.18 and she was the sweetest person. She held my hand while I walked her out and we talked about bonnie and clyde. I told her I watch that movie in college for my film class, she said that movie was a great part to play. She left and I was so happy to meet her.
I am Hungarian. I was 13 when I saw Faye in The Three Musketeers as the evil Milady. She was great, passionate, dangerous: a real romantic heroine. Then I saw her in other films: Bonnie and Clyde, The Thomas Crown Affair, Little Big Man, Chinatown, Network, Mommie Dearest, The wicked Lady, Barfly, Arizone Dream, etc. She was ALWAYS remarkable. Is she unprofessional? What a bullshit! Look that Tv-movie with Bette: Faye is superb as Aimee! Forty years past Faye is still a goddess for me. I'm grateful to her for the many memorable cinema experiences.
She always spoke the truth. Ms Dais - as others noted, didn't say Ms Dunaway Isn't a good actress, just utterly...self-absorbed (yes, I CAN vouch for what Ms Davis said (that IS why I'm ''U.N. Owen' - think about it). Ms Davis - who I unfortunately never met, but do know people who knew her, said she was something some people think is 'worse;'brutally honest. That doesn't mean (necessarily) 'rude', it means, simply to not be a bullshitter, at least not to put up with it. I'm not from New England, which Ms Davis was, and the reason (or so they said) was responsible for her... 'backbone', as it were, I think it has to do with several factors; how a person's brought up (spoiled, brothers and sisters, etc), or - as I was - an only child, by parents who, though they did care for me, wanted me to learn to rely on myself, which I'm very thankful for. I've been really busy and only got a chance to see Feud about 2 months ago (yep), and I loved it - I sat down and watched many of Ms Davis' films (aside from the campy, later ones, like Burnt Offerings (scared the bejeezus out of me), and I loved how 'modern' her acting was at the time. A damn fine actor.
I think that Bette point its that, Faye isn't necessarily a bad person actress/ she just isn't professional. I don't think Bette particularly liked Joan Crawford , but Joan was a professional.
There is no doubt about what Miss Davis is saying about Miss Dunaway is true. I have had several interactions with Miss Dunaway over my career, always rude, difficult and very disrespectful in every aspect of those around her. I would never want to interact with Miss Dunaway again.
Faye Dunaway is from northeastern Jackson County, Florida; from a tiny community called Dellwood. I'd always heard she was from Bascom, which isn't far from Dellwood. No wait, she may be from Two Egg. She's from somewhere around there. I have heard from some of her cousins that she doesn't have anything to do with her kin folks.
I remember years ago in west Hollywood, Faye dunnaway was in a fast food chicken restaurant! Not hiding herself at all. She ordered grilled chicken with "no bread". One of the workers put up a plate of chicken with rolls on it. She freaked, starting yelling and the manager told her that wasn't her plate. Lol So many celebs are so coddled and are so use to getting what they want when they want it.
