These videos are great! Definitely they will help me get into DnB and synthwave style tracks. I just have to figure out how to translate it to chiptune/FM tracker music. Keep up the good work!

Usually top-drum loops are found in house of dnb drum kits, but if you can't find them, you can just use percussion loops of just take a regular break (like amen, for example) and cut all lows with eq. You will be left with percussion\shuffles from the break that will be great for layering.
