My divorce was final on June 22, 2017 and I am starting to realize I gave myself to someone for 19 years to have him walk out on his family and not look back. I could have used this song when I was crying and begging for him to stay inside his hotel room. Saying I was "sorry" when I wasn't the one doing anything to be sorry about. Asking him "please don't do this"...The manipulation continued for another month until one day I got an EMAIL, was blocked, and haven't heard a word since. I should have just let him go when he said he wasn't "sure about this"...men always wait until they have the upper hand and/or have made other 'arrangements' and then they leave you. Don't give them that power. That's not love.
