I live in this wealthy area on the ocean. I'm one of the service people, displaced after years of living in the city. But walking through the little local park I notice the infrastructure that is in disrepair and neglect. Basically the little stuff that goes unnoticed until you bring attention to it. There is this drinking fountain that has three heads- one highest for adult/tall people- another high but for children or wheelchair then the lowest that goes into the dog bowl. It was painted an awful brown- like all the leftover paint mixed together- scratched and time worn. So I labeled the faucets "wealthy" on the highest, then "other" then "dogs". That was there a good month or so. Surprised that it wasn't washed off or painted over I changed it. I scratched out dogs on the lowest level and put "Wise" in. It seemed fitting for the area. It did not take but a few days before the drinking fountain had a fresh coat of paint- and not only that one but the rest on the island too! Spending tax money on the park.

Coming from a radio voice over background, and I mean no disrespect, but I really think Ban-skee, or Bank-sy-- could had done a much better job getting a better narrator voice over. Or even voiced it himself. Like in Exit Through The Gift Shop then run a voice pitch shift on it to disguise his voice. Perhaps it was the movie companies choice. But damn its pretty awful to tolerate. Artwork is genius, choice of narrator....eh.
Lol the "The this is My New York Accent, but normally I talk like this is funny" Since Graffiti originated in New York, and Americans view British people talking all proper and elegant and the fonts are play on that.
This is a short film about his stay in NY. HBO has a feature length movie coming out but Banksy has stated that he has nothing to do with it. Please don't think this is a trailer to "his" movie.
