Better Sleep Routine

Here’s a little rundown of what I’ve used to really help improve my sleep, give it a try and see how it works for you!
Last meal is 2ish hours before bed
Front load water so I’m not drinking a ton before bed
All screens off as far away from bed time as possible
Ideally have blue light blocking glasses on when the sun goes down. Even when screens are off
Read, a book or kindle, in a chair NOT in bed
When feeling tired, get into bed
Use eye mask or make your room as dark as possible
Keep your room colder than during the day
Once in bed ready to sleep, do some relaxing breath work
