No, there are wrong ways of playing. If you are getting tired from playing, or hurting yourself often, or not using the potential of your instrument .. you're doing it wrong!
Yeah well it is best to be safe & not damage yourself for doing something wrong for there is a right way of playing & that is not causing issues of injury or working too hard that you are not relaxed!!!
