Cooking method:

Mix grated potatoes, fried onions, carrots and peppers with eggs. Pour oil into the pan, add half of the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add sliced ​​sausages if desired. Top with the remaining potatoes. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
