Today I'm going to tell you my secret recipe for particularly creamy chard pasta with a little twist. The special extra in this sauce is a tablespoon of medium-hot mustard, which gives the dish a delicious flavor.

Ingredients for the chard pasta pan
2 to 3 stalks of chard
Separate the leaves from the stems.
300 g tagliatelle or other pasta
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
2-3 tomatoes
2 tbsp butter (lard) or oil
Fry for about 5 minutes.

200 g cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
Mix carefully, serve with grated cheese if desired.
