The green Pyrex bowl that is in the middle of the table in that first booth ….I have been looking for it everywhere. I have my mom’s set and the green bowl could not be found. I will have to try and get there from MD and pray it’s still there. Everyone else had the set for sale but just want the green bowl. Haven’t found one in any of the stores here in MD. 🙁
00:55 Looks like a ... brass? spray-painted steel? peacock, with acrylic "jewels" on each of the feather eyes. 01:28 So I had to go look up where the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon (aka Pine Creek Gorge) actually was. (Answer: Tioga County, near nothing-in-particular.) 01:47 Shot glasses, IMO. Finding a set of six with a matching charger is just TOO indicative for it to be much else. What was the mark on the bottom? 02:35 Obvs. it's a George Jetson tiki glass! 03:01 Now Cindy's certainly a Hanna-Barbera deep cut! I'd forgotten she even existed. 03:53 Hey, that's a really tempting homebrew carboy! I used to have several of differing sizes in my own homebrewing days. (I still have a 7-gallon jobbie that I've never managed to get rid of.) 06:50 Part of a matryoshka Nativity set? Seems like the male figure is King Caspar and the female is an angel. (If she was the BVM, I think she'd be wearing a head covering.) 07:08 Yes. That tail is broken, without doubt. 11:06 But isn't the staining all applied flash that's gonna wear off? 13:05 It's Beaumont Brothers Pottery of Crooksville, O., which was one of several potteries founded by Jerry Beaumont, now living and working in Phoenix, Maryland. This particular piece is probably 1990s. 13:53 That pair's cursed! Leave 'em ALONE! 14:20 Yer holding it upside down. It says "{something}D Owl". I think he might be Hopi, or Hopi-adjacent. 15:13 Is the Prohibition shot glass period, or a repro? 15:37 Gee, ya THINK?? 🤣 🤣 🤣
I woke up this morning an couldn't figure out what everyone was talking about. I literally fell asleep typing that. Haha. Andrew posted for me. Whoops.
Jocelyn, I think the reason you find so many "Temp-tations" items when you shop locally might be because the company is headquartered right there in Pennsylvania, as is "QVC", where the dishes are probably sold in their outlet store in Lancaster, PA. 😃
Thank you so much Jocelyn I really really enjoyed watching you pick up those cool things from the antique mall. Great finds as always. I can’t wait to see your sculpture piece you brought too. Please stay safe and well too xxxx Mags ❤❤❤❤❤
I recently purchased 2 different sizes of epergne’s on eBay. I googled it because I didn’t know the correct pronunciation either. Google says “ep er nay”! 🤷🏻♀️
08:22 (reaches through the screen and nabs the mesh purse) I bet if it was a decent price someone did a grab and run to the counter with it already. 16:52 The green vase wanted to be Blenko. I"m not a glassie, but the color was right.
You just make my day! Just love watching your videos n all the amazing finds you get!!! Please keep all the great videos coming. Happy 4th of July (early), to you n your family n everyone else here!!!!!! God Bless n Keep You All Safe!!!!!!
My alabaster box glows so pretty. I didn’t know till my grandson was shining my black light flash light around the house. Don’t worry about typing errors, just glad you post daily! Spreading yourself thin can tend to cause that. At least your sales didn’t say everything free, lol😂❤❤❤
Was that solid copper, that ignot? You should have bought it for yourself. Just saying, asset-backed, metals-backed, commodities-backed currency incoming.
I am pretty sure those chickens were from molds popular in the 1950s. I was born in 1956 and see pictures of them in our home. I have them now. I love them.
I love Sop with me razy lamp lady .. what she finds are amazing wish we had Antique malls here in Australia. ❤❤❤❤Jocelyn you are an amazing person love watching your videos ❤ so what who cares about the spelling mistake 🤷♀️you are only human like us all..🤪
I love the trinket boxes. I’m surprised you didn’t purchase the pretty $2 pitcher? I’m so glad I-don’t like the glass pieces, too expensive for my taste. My grandson would want to play with them. I went to a Habitat Restore place, and bought him a giraffe figurine for $3. They had bone china pig, for $20, but I didn’t buy it. He loves giraffes. I was wondering, if you ever went to a Habitat Restore near you? They do have items under the glass, in these stores. People donate there.
