Aye aye aye! This one's a banger. It seems Falling In Reverse has found their sound with the past 3 singles. While still being better than I can do, their past catalogue never really appealed to me. It seemed too... reminiscent. But the "rap pop core" style they've developed is definitely fun AF. Not to mention the video. Excellent song by an excellent band.🤘

Ronnie never disappoints. ALWAYS delivers the catchiest melodies and the best hooks.

I gotta say I might like it better than Zombified. That 808 and breakdown was fire. I love both of them.

Here is a list of references I found: -> The tiktok screen thing has #cancelled and #micstand (obviously referencing his famous micstand throw) -> The tiktok screen scrolls from the last single "Zombified" to this new one -> The license plate from the car that runs Ronnie over says "CANCELLED" -> All outfits Ronnie wore in this are from past music videos (for example: First one, the one sitting on the chair, is from "I'm not a vampire", others are from "Drug in me is You" and "Popular Monster" for example. The blonde version, iirc, is from the Coming Home-Album. -> The Elevator spells out "UR FUK*D" ("youre fucked") right before Ronnie exits it -> the entire music video is mostly held in blue and pink hues - reference to the background from "Drugs" -> within the fighting scenes from the breakdown and final chorus, there are scenes from "Kill Bill" referenced, and arguably also "Matrix" If I missed any, lemme know. ^^

Aye aye aye! The more times I listen to this the more I like it. So many genres mixed into one but somehow it works. Love the trap metal bit lead8ng into the metalcore breakdown.

Aye aye aye. Ronnie is just so damn talented, he can mix in elements of every genre without it sounding weird and experimental, or out of place. I didn't like this or Zombified as much as I liked Drugs and Popular Monster, probably because they just aren't as dark and heavy (and I tend to gravitate toward dark and heavy). But still, it seems like anything he writes just ends up very listenable

It's funny that all of us who listen to metal no longer provoke anything from these types of videos, but shit i love these kind of videos and the song is just indestructible i fucking love it. I really hope Falling in Reverse lasts us at least 40 more years, it is one of those bands that has remained standing and continues to cause so much satisfaction like damn 🖤🤘🏼

I don't really agree with it being like Drugs and Zombified in that aspect. It has a different beat and it's about really different stuff, especially with Zombified. Zombified does kind of have the background structure, but to me anyway it doesn't feel like it. I'll go with the Aye Aye Aye meaning over Ayayay lol

I like this one better than zombified, but popular monster takes the cake for me. It flows so well and the chorus is so powerful. Zombified and this one seem like more of a jumble of parts that don't fit together as well for me. This one's definitely better than zombiefied though.
