Published in Frontiers in Immunology, our new DIAL framework explores the Distribution, Infiltration, Accumulation and Longevity of engineered T cells throughout the body. By providing an end-to-end understanding of the journey engineered T cells take in the body, the framework is informing and improving our approach to solid tumours.
