I love the ingredients you put inside. A really great healthy option. I would grind up the nuts and put down as a base and add some of the lemon rind (if using fresh lemons) into the batter to boost the flavour as well☺️

Betty, this looks amazing. Those springform pans remind of of some I used to make a chocolate cheesecake for an old man I met on August 2007. I made the cheesecake for his birthday which was November 13, 2007. It did not work out at all and the old man never ate the cheesecake. I guess he was not interested. But is took me a very long time to understand his motives. I look forward to more of your nice videos.

Betty, Words cannot express how sad I was to hear about the passing of your beloved Rick. I can't believe it's been five years. I feel bad about waiting till know to express my condolences. I heard about Rick the years past. I'm truly sorry about waiting so long to connect with you. Please forgive me. You have no idea how I loved you so much Betty. I still remember your first video with the nachos!. When the camera cut off. You were my first youtube star. Couldn't wait till your next video. You and Rick had a perfect marriage. Sometimes God has other plans. You look great. I've struggled with my weight all my love. You have such self control. All those desserts you made. How's Carter? He must be about 15. My nephew is 14.
