I don't know what's up with Blake in MA lately, I saw them do Parallax II in Worcester last year and he absolutely butchered the beginning of Astral Body, like he stopped playing for a couple of seconds cause he lost where he was in the sequence, it was the rolls right before the first verse. I couldn't believe it honestly, my friend caught it on video. This one wasn't quite as bad, looks like he was switching a stick out maybe and lost his timing for a second.
just saw them on sunday. this is my favorite band and favorite album of all time. it was a fantastic concert and one of the best music experiences of my life
I live for those blast beats on the ride (like at 5:51 and 15:19). Just, like, the coolest sounding thing in the World. And... all the rest of Blake's drumming throughout the entire performance.
I was there in the super old school Btbam shirt and blue ball cap and long hair. Sick show. As always. I was the first guy to crowd surf during their set, accidentally ripped someone’s hat off their head 😅
Wait, I had zero clue they played colors on tour this year. I actually saw them do Colors on that same stage a few years ago on the 10 years tour back in 2018ish. Damn I'm sorry I missed this.
After watching and hearing Tommy talk about the two-night stint, now I remember when this happened. I just wasn't able to make it to these unfortunately. But they did last play that stage a few years back like I said, I can't hold it against them for not remembering with all the places they go. Thanks for the video, at least I got to watch that.
Whatever happened to Dustie? After looking him up it sounds like there was some BS allegations against him that apparently aren't even true and now there's some lawsuit going on with him and the rest of the band or something, sounds pretty crappy. I remember seeing BTBAM on the Silent Circus tour and it was a big deal when Blake/Dustie from Glass Casket joined the band, so it kinda sucks to see him go if he's not in the band anymore.
I hope one day I can see them perform this full album live. I saw their first show of their colors 2 tour so all I heard from this album was Informal Gluttony and Ants of the Sky. Still an amazing show with Car Bomb opening, but seeing this album live and in person would be such a blessing.
@@lankeysob Wow! That’s very sad. It looks like he’s not gonna come back, then? Probably. Thank you for taking the time to share this with me @lankeysob.
