Just happened to me my box was empty when delivery guy came I told him its too light weight my item can’t be in there. He said this is what they gave me to give you so I didn’t sign it. Amazon said they can’t help me my bank is still investigating it. So disappointed in amazon. I will try my best not to use amazon again
This happened to me on prime day with an applewatch. Problem was Amazon was the seller and the applewatch box only had the strap not the watch or charger
I know the feeling. I ordered a part thru Amazon and did not receive my part. The package that arrived was two pieces of conduit and and a few nuts and bolts. The part I ordered was a pressure sensor for a washing machine. I asked for a refund and Amazon is not responding. I'm out $111.40 It's been over 6 weeks. I think I was scamed.
I notified the driver before he left. He called it in. Then when he left I called amazon.. they are replacing it free of charge. Either the driver, or an employee at amazon stole it, idk for sure. But it was a fast easy process.
Even still, Amazon would make things right with the customer and report the scam. They aren’t known for telling customers there’s nothing they can do to help.
Hi i am from India, i too received an empty box of external hard disk worth rs 4300 . and customer care have totally withdrawn from their responsibility. Can anyone help me out what to do.
Omg He already did lost his money for doing that stuff in the first place my package is fine even got that stuffed animal bolt that i wanted that my mom order one for me and that never happen to me if he got scam because that cause them to steal information keep personal information privacy
