Yes they are scammers, i got a wig 1day ago. The wig is synthetic . It frizzes like real synthetic, tangled like hell and it’s so heavy exactly like beauty supply wigs. I’m so mad i spent $500 for dd drawn wig and this lady told me just use water 😢

Just got scammed which brought me here because I feel like I’m the only one. I ordered 2 wigs, one Raw the other virgin. I paid for raw but got some flimsy hair that started frizzing up as soon as I unwrapped it! The vendor tried to say I ordered the wrong one and refuses to give me a refund, won’t even take the old one back for an exchange. That’s what made me realize they probably don’t even have Raw hair in stock! This is sick!

They even tried to get me to purchase the “right” hair at a “discount” because it’s costly and a hassle to send the wrong hair back! If there is a next time, pay via credit card or pay pal to get a refund through them!
