Thanks for showing this factory tour! I love my DT880s. I just got the DT 700 Pro X closed-back for listening in noisy environments and they are absolutely incredible, especially the transient response and low sub-bass tuning.
Just bought a DT 900 Pro X, can't wait to try it out tomorrow once I receive it! Replacing my Hifiman He400se. Definitely would love to get coloured earpads!!!
The funniest part for me is that the workers are exactly how you'd imagine it. The home enjoyment specialist is a guy with silver hair and hearing damage, while the PROX series acoustic engineer is a young guy with a very good ear for neutral tuning.
Finally, a company tour, really love this vid. 😍 May I ask a question? I have the legendary MMX 300 2nd Gen. gaming headset and I am very pleased with them. 🤗 But it's getting old now, so I need to replace them... There will be MMX 300 3rd Gen.? 🤔 Please, Beyer... I really need to know. 🙂

I've had Beyerdynamic headphones for over 10 years now and I just can't see myself buying any other brand's headphones. Not that I need to buy more since I have the DT770s (80 and 250 ohms) and the DT880/990s 250 ohms and my beloved Custom One Pros that I use when out and about (with the dt770 velour pads). But the eye starts to wonder and the DT1990 is starting to look good, not to my wallet but I would love to own them one day :) Thanks Beyerdynamic for making some really good headphones :)
Awesome to see how your products are created! And really impressive - I didn't think that you actually produce pretty much everything in house, not just assembling parts that were produced in low wage countries! This adds to an aspect that I love about Beyerdynamic: Sustainability! You could talk about it much more, but instead, you just do it: Avoid shipping parts around the world by having everything in-house, offer refurbished products and encourage self-service by offering basically all the parts and keeping the construction simple, using quality parts and materials that don't fall apart after 2 years, and probably more that I can't think of. This would make me prefer your products even if they were mediocre, but they sound and feel just awesome! My DT 880 Edition which I use since 15 years just received new earpads and a new headband, and I finally got a DT 770 Pro! I compared them against 6 other headphones. To be fair, 3 cheaper ones (two of them are knockoffs), and 3 in the same price range (two of them are highly-praised models made by well-known competitors). And they are still the best, even after 40 years of production!
