I'm not even a beyonce fan, barely know any of her recent songs but I still watch these videos from her tour cuz she's not only the best performer out there, but the only proper one. Celebrities usually hate touring and they have such low energy and later or sooner always break down on stage and cry about how they do no want to be famous like Gaga, Bieber, Katy, etc. but I've never seen that with Beyonce! Even if she's feeling down, she'll get over herself and give a killer performance every single time. That's called professionalism.

I saw her when Destiny’s Child OPENED for Christina Aguilera. Saw them again when they did the TRL Tour, saw her when I worked at TRL and was also at her dress rehearsal for ‘Irreplaceable’ when she performed it on TRL. Worked with her directly to do a TRL segment. She was fantastic and such a fellow Virgo (she loves Virgos) . (I’m August 26, she’s Sept 4…like you all don’t know that lol). She is WAY shyer than you think. She’s nothing like this offstage, but she was incredible and one of the best I ever worked with. And this was 2006. I’ve seen every tour she ever did stateside and this is the best. But to all the fellow fans: She’s AMAZINGLY kind, humble, shy and everything you’d think she would be.

i sound so dumb but the ending of alien superstar “we dress a certain way…” makes me so overwhelmed with emotion i watched it on tv today volume UP and i had tears in my eyes. theres so much going on. the drone camera going above beyonce and she looks gorgeous, the band, her opera style singing, the screens at the end and the crowd. it’s fucking insane, i went to a tottenham show and i don’t know if anyone who’s been is maybe the same but I genuinely can’t remember it, I was sober but just so overwhelmed and euphoric. what powerful moment and a fucking show. i’ll never forget it xx
