I just paused the video real quick before I watched all of it, to tell y’all that this morning, I watched Beyoncé’s Rennasance tour concerts while I jog on my apartment complexe’s treadmills & on the elliptical & stomach machine, & weights & the good endorphins I had everyone was priceless.. I’m not going to say which city tour I watched because I didn’t RU-vid search a specific city or country, I was just in the mood to watch her concert as I zoned out & worked out. I had the treadmill at 4.0 and it was a steady run. I would do however many minutes I chose at 4.0, but I could have gone to 4.2 speed, but I decided to stay at 4.0., It felt so good & I motivated another woman next to me to go hard like me. Then I would fast walk at 2.7 speed for whatever amount of time I wanted & then back to running on it at 4.0..(my GPA & a 4.2) I had so much endurance. & I did arm exercises & stomach exercises too while on the treadmill. It was so exhilarating.. My body looks good. I recommend everyone watch Beyoncé concert & jog & do multiple exercises on a treadmill.. It’s peaceful
Yes!!!! I was training for my first marathon back when formation came out. I live around a lot of hills. The only way I was able to run up them nonstop was listening to formation, survivor and 7/11 over and over 😅 keep up the good work 💪

She faced both ways throughout the whole tour not just on this night…she performed towards Club Renaissance for majority of the tour but there is the same amount of people on this side as the other side…so it’s not “majority of the crowd”
