Real fans know this is one of the gems that got away. The dance routine was very important. These visuals which accompany performance are outstanding. The outfits. Searching you tube for this clips. Historic Era!!
@@alkahinat4558 been doing the same. She even said back when she was promoting her first solo single that the Oh-oh dance in Crazy In Love was completely inspired from an ad Ivan dance move. she hasn't stopped including african touches in her art ever since.
She couldn't release the song bc of her contract with Pepsi. That's probably why it is underrated. It would've been fire for the summer with Standing on The Sun too but she couldn't bc of her contractual obligations with H&M
@@sarahb6163 DUDE calm down.....We all know it's Afro inspired but doesn't mean they can't be inspired or appreciate. Also B is has always been inclusive.
Damn! She is an amazing performer and the song is just too addictive. This woman needs to be appreciated for staying in the game for 15 years, to perform like she never gets tired, to continue experimenting musically, for her philanthropy, for her business mind...damn! No one will deny that...even if you have programmed yourself to hate her and criticize her every move. She is still an inspiration.
Jay Powell I turned 21 last month and forget all about this song 😩😩 but I did play it the day I had my first drink 💁🏽 I had to pay for my phone upgrade yesterday , but my sister didn't because my granny says "I'm too grown for that "..bet that'll be the only time she uses "grown " and my name in the same sentence 😂💀
I love the poise and confidence this woman has. When she comes out walking on stage the first minute of the song it's like...shut up, bitches, because here comes The Queen. Beyonce has perfected The Walk through the years.
Dear people, instead of discussing wether she lip sincs, is a good dancer or not, copies people or not and all of the other critisism, just enjoy Beyoncé and her show, 'cause it's a dang good one and you probably couldn't have done it better.
@@Markpierce2674 No offense to Beyonce because I do like her. But, no, she isn't ahead of her time. I won't call her out in a bad way though. Yes, she copies or was highly "inspired" by others that came way before her. Anyone who knows history and knows about music knows Beyonce isn't doing anything that hasn't been done before.
Lisa Cox Everybody know nothing is new from under the sun..Mj didn’t make the moonwalk nor the did Whitney Houston make I will always love you stop coming for Bey when she has her original ideas behind her back!
I dont know if confidence rythm with exhibition, but for me this is not and exemple for young girls. Women claim respect but thé way you dress is thé way a man, even a woman Can respect you. You want respect but dress liké prostitute, you want to bé considarated but sing shit, grossièreties. Is sad to sée who poeple took like model today all because of fame and money
She does lip sync unfortunately. I've seen 3 videos from this tour that prove it, even though I suspected it before. It's not even because she can't sing it live, it's just she wants to sound perfect and if she can't dance and sing perfect at the same time, she pre-records the vocals.
CuriouslyAshley lmao kewp telling yourself that honey. Whatever helps you sleep at night. People realized what a fucking fraud Beyonce is when she was caught lipsynhing at Obama's inauguration and now everybody realizes she mimes worse than Milli Vanilli. Deluding yourself otherwise isn't going to change the facts.
Avishek Saini I don’t wanna seems like a stalker but I see you’re a fan on Britney Spears who literally lip syncs every performance , artist lip sync all the time it’s normal I don’t get why you’re shaming Beyoncé who can sing live . Don’t be a hypocrite :)
I love how she put african beat in her songs. I believe it started in run the world from 4? She utilizes it so beautifuly and faithful still to the culture it represents. She's a smart artist and no doubt she's a queen in the industry.
I don’t care what other female empowerment, race eqaulity songs she made: THIS song is the epitome of all beyonce stands for and by far my favorite song and choreography of hers. She’s so full of fun and power and LIFE! She really embraced her roots and showed off vocals, dance, stage presence, performance skills all in a couple of minutes. There may be a lot of singers who can do their thing just as well but i doubt if ANYONE can pull off this song so effortlessly and charismatically as Beyonce did here.
For ppl saying she lip synchs: did yall not see her perform at the super bowl and KNOCK IT OUT THE PARK. She can dance and sing apparently so damn well that she sounds perfect. This comes from PRACTICING. You become better at things the more you PRACTICE them....change your own life and PRACTICE doing something you love instead of resorting to the PRACTICE of spewing disproved "observations"
This is what You called a real performer she commands the Stage her presence Is automatically known She is the best Female performer hands down She really put in the work
I love how beyonce just makes everything classy the way she presents herself and even performs its fun to watch and I LOVE the Moroccan or African beats in this song excuse me I'm not sure which it is but its beautiful love this song
The beat is from Mandé or Mandingo west Africa, the guy voice is kouyate from Guinea. A family brother of Mory Kanté. In west Africa the Mandingo or mandé ka have the best pure African beat
And people say she do the black is king movie only because it’s benefits for her now and can make money ! Lol this video is from 2013 and she already promote black African culture ! Stupid haters
Beyoncé always DELIVERS in every single performance. I wish she performs this song more often, it’s so underrated. I hope she puts grown woman back on her set list for her next tour.
This was the best version of this song to me. Then one of you people leaked it and she made all of these tweaks to it before making it a bonus track on one of her albums. That version is still a bop but the original is king.
I actually saw Beyonce with the Les Twins perform this song live at the Essence Music Festival, a few years ago. I was amazed at her energy and endurance level. Beyonce was the headline act, thus she didn't take stage until around 11:00pm. Grown Woman was her final song. It was hella late, yet Beyonce killed this song. I stood wondering where does she get the energy from. I was tired as hell yet all I was doing was watching her perform.😂😂😂
Orane lol the thickest one with a leotard. I dont understand why she had on the cutest outfits. if beyonce wouldn't had been singing someone would of thought she was the lead of the group.
2:26 - 3:33 has to be my FAV part ! The way the les twins dance next to her and she responds to it while blind folded and the way the music slows down in the black out AND the line dance with the music ! Omg so much greatness in one song !
Haters Are Annoying And You Listening To The Song Shes A Grown Woman She Can Lip Sync If She Wants Its Her Song So She Can Do What Ever She Wants Dang Haters Omg
