The one thing I LOVE about Beyonce....she ALWAYS learn from her mistakes! I think that's why she has her hand in everything now! Her ear is phenomenal she can hear everything on that stage 💯💯
How crazy is to hear someone with knowledge of music, probably not a fan of pop main stream music anyways stripping her songs and explaining the techniques used pointing out the failures but also the greatness. I wish more people would be open to music like you are, I grew up with destiny’s child and madonna, but I grew found of Epica, totally another world 😊
I've never really liked Baby Boy but that's mostly because Sean Paul bores me. I was expecting this to be some kind of blend of the songs instead of back to back. As far as the track goes, I'm not sure how it could have been lowered. The track during Baby Boy was the majority of the vocals and it needed to be up front. I don't know if she was using that few minutes to rest her voice or what but she was mostly riffing over the song.
This is a old performance bey didn’t really start having top tier level of musicality until a little later in her career 😂😂 but the intro of this was good
@@benhead679 yes ik this but I’m saying it went to another level during and after her I am Sasha fierce era she got more experimental with her songs but yes her musicality has been unmatched since her teenage years 😂 I should’ve worded that better
Yes these were radio hits from her first Album. Baby Boy Featured Shaun Paul Can you do a video on Be Alive by Beyoncé from the Oscar’s this year ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4aeDlZOD-B0.html
As far as the two songs go,both are 10, especially Naughty Girl,it is my second favourite song from her. As far as the live goes,i agree that the mix of the track was a little too loud. But her voice and stage presence was amazing (as always). So the live was something above 9. Not 10,just because of the mix.
I occasionally listen to some of her music despite being more of a metal guy, but only the stuff I was exposed to as a kid such as Naughty Girl. She's a good live artist, but like Naughty Girl for example, I prefer the studio version. That song was also produced by Scott Storch as well, which is part of why I like ripping it apart and listening to it. Edited to include Scott Storch part, feel like it's important to mention that since you're analyzing the songs, as well as reacting.
I started listening to this reluctancly since I really don't like Beyonce. If I'm being honest, my opinion has not really changed. I do appreciate how you break it down tho David! Loving your opinion dude!
