Ka kui explained that they only do what they want; Also, they talked about the pro and con of being a pop band (pro: lost a bit "self" in music, con: learned different styles of music to express themselves) At the end, ka kui encouraged the youth to learn more about music, listening to all kind of music, exchange opinions with other musicians and eventually PRACTICE!
ya, so bascially ka kui is talking about their past and their view of music. For the first minute, ka kui and his bro said that their family didn't support them (the guitar solo scene) Her mother found that they were just bumming around and doing nothing and hoped that they(ka kui and ka keng) could do something for their living. And then at one point, (from 1:00-15), ka kui said that he couldn't live without music;otherwise, he will die lol
And then starting from 1:27, ka kui talked about how they received those harsh critiques from their past "so-called" (ka kui emphasized on that)underground fellows. And then ka keng talked about how they need to face both "underground" fellows pressure(e.g. some1 even called them betrayers of rock and roll) and the pop band fellows pressure.
Its funny, judging by their appearances in this video, people at first hand wouldnt realise they were rock band members. Nice to see this side of them :) !
