You rent them for 8-10 hrs a day and expect them to continue working for years just to hear, "here's your 10% increment, the business was not great this year, but still we gave you increment". Do you even realize 10% of a small salary is still very small. So guys and gals, don't get influenced by people who are financially well off and give this gyaan to sound smart. They won't ever relate to the financial issues normal employees face. Work on your skills, do freelancing, have a side hustle, do whatever the heck you want because "when the night gets darker, moonlighting helps".

Please talk about company exc and big wigs who are ceo of multiple companies , sit on multiple boards simultaneously advising and angel investing in other companies , lets see if you will even take about it , considering this channel owner is creating videos on multiple youtube channels and potentially runs ,advises , invests in multiple companies linked to Zerodha
