Thank you mooji. Something weird happened 2 me while following your voice. I felt my own presence. That was a few days ago and now and although it has faded a bit it's still easy for me to access. Did any1 else have a similar experience while watching this?
I have a long way to go. I was day dreaming a lot. A couple of them seemed like reality for a second. But that shows me the nature of mind and how aware I need to be. Thoughts and memories and the spin I put on them aren't real.

Yes that’s what I’m saying. But he is saying pay attention to your attention. That is like next level and I’m not sure what that is. Observing your thoughts etc I know
There is no next level if you reed this you give your attention, there four you cant be that. You are just there, spontaneous and existing, attention is just one way of manifestation of you, just like "I am".

You are always there it can t fade, it can only be clauded with your thoughts, your ego, but you can always come back to your true self just let go everything and be quite.
@@InfiniteLoveMeditationClub Thanks for the conformation. I can't seem 2 stay as myself for like more than 1second. I dip into a kind of awareness then as quick as it happens I'm back in thought or with my breath again. I'm going to stick with this form of meditation tho I feel it's helping me in so many ways. Also when this awareness started the front of my head started to hurt a little. It went away after 10mins or so. I read it could have something to do with the pineal gland but I'm not sure.
@@alibirnie1545 you are just to much trying to concentrate from that place come head pain. Forget about glands, forget about anything just be and you will see that in time your presence will grow stronger. Just keep checking in. I am often training in the gym, at my last rep, when i almost can t any more do, if i think just one thought i fell how much energy is needed for just one thought. So just tray to relax more and let all go.
