That walkover cantilever hand stand pose near the end demonstrates such a controlled and strong core... I'm envious, and fascinated. I wish I had his peace of mind and sense of movement control. What a beautiful masculine body too. I love a "dancer's build"!

These moves are perhaps the human limits in the sense of combined strength and flexibility, or anyone knows any more than this? This guy's type 1 fibers and type 2a fibers must be all recruited when he is doing these moves, and if the speed increases many of his type 2b fibers will also be activated. During a graded intense aerobic exercise his BP at the peak intensity will DROP actually as more intramuscular arterioles and capillaries are recruited. Beautiful !!

Love these videos as a Yogi I believe in God and had Christians preach at me saying Yoga is demonic and told me to stop practicing yoga and I actually told them I am not listening to them for as a Yogi it helps me to clear my mind and just relax Christians have really been judgemental
