The family left their home in Ukraine in 2022 and is starting anew in Romania, in the foothills of the Southern Carpathians.
Despite being neighbors, Ukrainians and Romanians knew little about each other. However, in a difficult moment, the Romanians came to help without hesitation. Grandma's family acquired an old house on the hillside, and now they need to arrange everything here. Little Arthur already goes to kindergarten and is learning the Romanian language.
To treat her beloved grandson, Grandma is preparing a traditional Ukrainian dish: buckwheat porridge with patties.
