Петръ Алексеевичъ Романовъ I was being sarcastic. What I meant was to basically say that they genuinely made it a richer, more immersive game, while not actually believing it myself. It was still funny as hell, though. (And I meant that I actually really like beyond: two souls)
Actually, he really was in the first "Tasty Cools" series, made by famous seibmoz. As I remember, there was used improved model of his from the 1'st part with the stone face
So many emotions i've missed with the "normal" animations...they really should implement the "500% animation" mode in every game. Maybe even make it obligatory. So people can better relate with the characters.
