With the federal COVID-19 public health emergency over, many of the bioethics questions raised during the pandemic remain. What can we take away from bioethics research from the pandemic as we move forward? This Greenwall Foundation webinar featured Brendan Saloner, PhD, Jason L. Schwartz, PhD, and Seema K. Shah, JD, who all conducted COVID-19-related bioethics research during the pandemic funded through the Foundation’s Making a Difference program. In this conversation, panelists discussed their projects as well as the impact of their work - both during the pandemic and beyond.
The Greenwall Foundation seeks to make bioethics integral to decisions in health care, policy, and research. It awards approximately $3-4 million annually in support of its mission to expand bioethics knowledge to improve clinical, biomedical, and public health decision-making, policy, and practice.
