I do not understand why always the Indian diplomats are in a rush to mend their relationship with Pakistan for nothing. Do they really understand that it is good for India to have talks with Pakistan with no abatement of terror and no actions on Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar. What is the point of rushing to sell the sugar to Pakistan before Pak buys it out from Brazil, seriously. India is currently in very sweet spot with regards Pakistan, we had already squandered one such opportunity in 1971 which was earned with scarficie of our soliders. Let us not burn this opportunity also. No moves from india till they act on terror and hands off from Kashmir and accept they do not have any more issues with India on Kashmir. Till such time Indian diplomat can sit down and focus their mind on other countries to improve India's relation.
