Wednesday afternoon, BFD A-Shift was dispatched to the 1000 block of Lee Road 177 for a reported vehicle on fire in the roadway. Upon arrival, firefighters found a small passenger car with heavy fire showing. Firefighters quickly deployed attack lines, and brought the fire under control seven minutes after FD arrival. No injuries were reported on scene.
Beulah Fire Department responded with one apparatus, two personnel, and were on scene for one hour. Lee County Sheriff's Office Alabama, and Alabama Law Enforcement Agency also responded to the scene to assist.
