another year of vlogmas which is making the month so much better! I know i will rewatch this vlogmas so since you asked about my mental health... heres a little update for my future self to reread and reflect on. Today I woke up feeling really anxious, it is not often I am woken just feeling the anxiety right off the bat but there you go. I then tried turning off my phone and going for a run to try and sweat it out which honestly helped. I am feeling less anxious now and more just low. My mental health recently has just felt like it has yoyoed between high highs and anxious lows... I hope these even out future self :)

My parents and I learnt to just guage how we are and if we're pushing ourselves too much. We all work right up to Christmas and extended hours. I don't have anything pressing to do during Jan/Feb either so we basically have an extended holiday. I love Remi's bag, those were coveted bags when I was a teen. Still love them.
