Ibgp routers forward routes to ibgp but don't prepend AS # and can create loop in internal transit, hence an ibgp router can forward, route learned from an EBGP neighbor to another ibgp neighbor via full mesh but route learned from an ibgp neighbor cannot be forwarded to another ibgp neighbor (to avoid loop). This is a really good video, explained it very well. Just one question out of curiosity, what would happen to a packet (whether it would get dropped off) if one of the routers in IBGP starts flapping?
