Thanks for this reaction, Alex! Yes, Patintero is a childhood game played in the streets. Kind of like the tag game but the tagging players stay only in the sketched grid on the ground, trying to tag the opposing players as they run through the said grid. A lot of us adults today used to play it when we were young where gadgets didn’t exist yet. Kids today don’t play it anymore. So we’re thankful for BGYO for coming up with this song, reminding us that we were once kids. The song was very nostalgic! This song could let the kids today know that there was once a game like this existed and encourage them to play it.
