A video of Bhagwant Mann speaking on a bill regulating illegal colonies in Delhi is going viral. The BJP alleges that Mann was while he was giving speech in the Parliament. Now BJP has demanded for Mann's narco test. However, defending Bhagwant Mann and dismissing all the allegations, Punjab Assembly Leader of Opposition and Aam Aadmi Party leader Harpal Singh Cheema said that BJP's demand is ridiculous.
