Swāmī Aparājitānandajī's recognition and appreciation of the continuity in thought flow of Shankarāchārya jī's Bhaja Govindam is superb - something really new - never seen before. The poetry of all verse-thoughts is beautifully woven together in a single logical continuity around the central message of "Bhaja Govindam", just as ribbons tied to a central pole are woven together in a single plait during the course of a folk dance.
Verse 24: Swāmījī gives interesting understanding of Spirituality instructions by Guru in 4 stages at greater length (not to be missed).
A friction of thought arises between Guru and disciple which is beautifully explained by Swāmījī. Shankarāchārya jī addresses the immature seeker to let the experience of God within and Truth take place.
Verse 25: Few memorable advices given by Shankarāchārya jī are expanded in an attractively beautiful simplicity (example of wave) to grasp greater possibility of Vision of Oneness, peace and love.
Verse 26 says those who ignore the advice are mūddhāhā and are captive in egoistic and dualistic state of mind which is naraka.
Verse 27: Swāmījī interprets this verse about Sādhanās as Shankarāchārya jī's advice repeated out of love and concern. Expression of love is "gather and distribute".
Verse 28 (similar to verse 3): It is sadly noticed that even after knowing death as truth of body, people do not give up sins.
Verse 29 (similar to verse 22): It is stated and explained that only abidance in Consciousness gives real happiness. Absence of Self Knowledge wreaks havoc and fear.
Verse 30: As opposed to verse 27 (bahiranga Sādhanā), verse 30 is of antaranga Sādhanā. Swāmījī expands on techniques to be carefully and patiently practised at the seat of meditation, creating wonderful amazement at how mind soars high automatically.
Verse 31 is blessing from Shankarāchārya jī indicative of how speed of Sādhanā gets momentum from Grace and seeker is able to see God in his own heart.
Now Swāmījī has a question - whether we deserve the blessing. He states the law of the universe beautifully and advises us to value Self Knowledge, to be ready to receive Grace and make use of Grace without delay.
So let us bhaja Govindam and prostrate to Bhagavān Ādi Shankarāchāryajī and Swāmī Aparājitānanda jī.
