Bhaji Crusted Tofu Pieces 

Air fried extra firm tofu in an onion and pepper bhaji crust, as they are with a dipping sauce or on a sandwich, naan or wrap. Its a simple bhaji mix but you have to make it a bit thicker than you would for deep frying when you do it in the air fryer, because it will spread out otherwise.
