There is one correction to this video. You first select character cards, and then the player tracker board. Changing the order completely changes the experience. As per guide, the cards are to be selected first.
This looks amazing and it is amazing 😮. I got to know about this on a Pinterest post. This is really nice game to teach a child special cognitive thinking skills. The price at this game come in market can be reduced 😅, 4.4k is somewhat overpriced for Indian middle class economy 😢. Price tag makes this game for upper/upper middle class only, Schools can buy and teach History to children but Educational scenario out there is so pathetic (they will just stick to the NCERT and Rattafication 😅). Will buy for sure.
Ajeet arrives in a region with a hidden token and reveales it. HT is either used or removed in case of events, and then is moved back to the hidden token box. Ajeet conquers the region too. Now Anita, attacks that region and conquers it. What do you suggest we do with the hidden token option of that region - Do we add a new hidden token and let Anita reveal it or the region will not have the option of hidden token again ever in the game?
Hi, once a Hidden Token is used/or removed from the map it cannot be placed, replaced, or used again. Its corresponding space on the map will remain empty for the rest of the gameplay.
The Influencer Character card says that "In battle, only if attacked, you may speed march (jump) your OTHER ARMY to the battle region" does this mean that if I am holding a region without an army on it currently and that region is being attacked, I can move any of my army for defence of my fort or not ?
Hi Aniruddh, the Influencer card applies only in a battle (where opposing armies meet). So you cannot use it for defending your regions where your army is not present (where you only have a fort). I hope this helps.
Bhai aap please ek baar trouble board game par ideo bana do hindi me bhai or ha aap na famous board games par bhi banaye karo video in hindi kyunki bahut se log english me dal dete hai video and we want hindi so so please make video on trouble, Otthelo, catan, cluedo, Scotland yard, abalone, battleship, life etc.
In phase 2 we have 6 actions I mean 3 for basic( move, conquere, battle) and 3 for advance( remove event token, use ability card, reveal hidden token) So Before playing 3 basic actions, can I move to advance actions? if i move to advance can i come back to basic actions?
Yes, you can do both, as you please. There is no priority among actions, basic and advanced actions can be taken any 3 out of the 6, in any order as you please.
I have question as below: If attackers is attacking defenders home region with points 22 ( by selecting his all cards) and defender has both army on his home region with points 25 total [21(cards point) + 4(home region point)]. In this case definitely defender wins with total with 25 points but while discarding cards attacker will discard all his 22 points but defender has only 21 in his hand and 4 was his home region added points. What defender is suppose to do? Is he suppose to put down whole 21 points then still he is 1 point less compared to attacker. Could somebody explain here?
Hi Hitesh, this scenario is covered by the Rulebook on page 11, Section Winner, 3rd paragraph: "(...) the winner discards an equal amount of Army Strength as the player who lost the battle. Or, the winner can choose to discard all the Army cards they played in battle if deemed as a MORE FAVORABLE alternative." This last portion covers the scenario you described, where the home region points cannot be discarded. Hence the winner will only discard the Army cards played in battle (in your scenario - 21 Army Strength cards).
Hi Raam, the game comes with two difficulty levels - Basic and Advanced. The Basic level would have somehow a similar difficulty level as Catan or Risk, while the Advanced version would take it up a notch. I hope this helps.
If all cards in resource deck are finished but the game is still being played among 3 remaining players, do we bring back the resource cards from discarded pile or have to manage with whatever resources remain at that point of time with each player. Similarly what needs to be done if Army cards are finished.
Can my army pass through a region where an event (example tsunami) is present and move on to next region without removing the event. In that case, i will have 2 actions of move and avoid an event completely?
Hi, just saw your question now. As per the Rulebook, page 16: "If you move into a region affected by an Event, you need to remove the Event in your next Action, whether you plan to conquer the region or not." So even if you intend to take 2 Actions of Move, you will still move first into the region affected by an Event and would have to remove the Event before moving to the next region. In this case, you wouldn't be able to take 2 consecutive Move Actions because in between you would have to clear the Event. I hope this helps. Cheers!

Hi, I have a doubt.can someone please guide me. If player looses its home, and it is being attacked in a region where he has army pawn, can he choose not to play with army? If yes and he looses, where in the board his army pawn has to step back?
Hi Aalap, as long as you battle in a region you control (except your Home Capital City), you can always choose to battle with the Strength of only your region value without using any Army cards. This applies in any situation, even if you lost your Home Capital City to another player. If you lose the battle, your Army pawn will retreat to your Home Capital City, even if you do not control your Home Capital City anymore. In this case, on your next Action/s, you can retreat further to an adjacent region from your Home Capital City or you can attempt to re-conquer your Home Capital City by challenging its Region Value Strength or via Battle. In the case where the next Action/s belong to the player who controls your Home Capital City, they can choose to battle your Army pawn, or retreat their own Army Pawn to an adjacent region, or do nothing - as per their own choice. // On a separate note, in case this is helpful - each player has and will always have only one Home Capital City (their Start Location) during the entire gameplay (even if it gets conquered by another player). If a player conquers another player's Home Capital City, this region will become a conquered Capital City but not their HOME Capital City. Even if a player has lost their Home Capital City but has conquered another player's Capital City, their HOME Capital City will remain to be considered their Start Location (now occupied by another player). All game rules mentioning "Home Capital City" refer to the Start Location region of each player. // I hope this helps. Cheers!
Can we use 2 vp condition cards at a time Eg: previously I have already conquered 4 provinces in that I have 3 harbours. In the next round in phase 2 I have conquered 1 harbour and 1 proviences. So in this case I have completed 6 proviences and i get 1 vp condition and 4 harbours for 1 vp condition. So the question is can I get 2 vp conditions cards at a time in same round and can I use 2 vp condition cards in same round
How do I conquer a region where another player has an army but no one controls, I.e there is no fort in the region? Can’t I just pay coin or discard army and conquer it without doing a battle? In that case, what Happens to the other player’s army?
Yes, you can simply pay coins/discard armies and conquer the region without a battle. The other player's army is allowed to move out of the region, or stay in (battle or do nothing), as he pleases. This is because when he moved in the region, the region was uncontrolled, so there is no obligation to battle (neither for him, nor for you).
If I conquer a province controlled by my opponent... Do I need to pay coins to capture that province after the battle ? Or that province automatically belongs to me after defeat my opponent in the battle?
You can take the same trade objects that are illustrated on the region that you conquered. If there are no trade objects illustrated on the region that you conquered, then no trade objects are taken. For example, if the region shows a Black Pottery illustration, then you can take one Black Pottery trade object upon conquering the region.
if i move two army pawns away from the home capital in different rounds and later if any player attacks my home capital , is that comes under conqueror or attack. if it is attack should i battle with my two army cards or not. can you please clarify bro
Hello Sir... main aap ka har game ki explaination follow karta hoon, aur main ek game lover hoon... Kindly, aap mujhe ek game explain kar sakte hain hindi mein? Catan Merchant of Europe... Thank you... 3:34
Hi, you can perform max three actions, any combination of actions that you want. For example, you can take the same action three times, or different actions each time, or any combination of actions you like. If you want to take less actions than three (where two are free and one is paid) that is possible too. In the advance version, the number of actions remains constant just that the variety of action options increases.

Yes, you are still in the game. As long as you have your home capital city fort you can respawn both your armies there as soon as each of them has at least one army card to it.
How many harbours does the game have? I get that there are 2 export harbours but are there any more harbours in the game? I only ask cause the VP Conditions mentions 1 VP for controlling 4 harbours. But i thought there are only 2 harbours which are the Export harbours? Or is every coastal region a harbour with the 2 export harbours marked with dotted lines?
Hi, Can I move my army token to my territory, where opponent army present and in his next action they had kept to perform conquour in their next turn....???
Hi, yes, you can move your Army into your territory even when an opponent army is present there. As it was your territory, with your fort on it, the opponent player who moved into your region even before you moved your Army in it, has to attempt to conquer the territory in their immediate action (in their current turn or next turn). Now that your Army is in your territory, your opponent has to battle your Army in an attempt to conquer your region.
If my home city is attacked, as rule says i can defend with my all army cards but what about the army pawns, do they remain at their current position or they have to comeback to homecity?? Also if they remain at their current location, and i lose battle and my army cards are empty in any one slot on tracker, what happens to my army pawn, will it be removed from map or remain at its current location??
Hi, battles (attack and defense) happen only in regions (including home capital cities) where opposing Army pawns meet. You can defend your home capital city with all your army cards in one or both Armies only if your Army/both Army pawns are in your home capital city. Otherwise, you can only defend it with your home capital city strength (of 4). If your Army pawns are in a different position than in your home capital city, they do not come back to your home capital city to defend it. // If you lose a battle, in any region, and you have no army cards left on your tracker under that army, your Army pawn goes off the map. It respawns in your home capital city as soon as you add one army card to it. However, if you do not hold your home capital city anymore, you first have to reconquer your home capital city with your remaining Army pawn on the map before you can respawn your lost Army pawn there.
@@goindiagames384 okay fair enough. But consider this example Team A attacks ujjain(home city of team B) where one army pawn of team B is present and other army pawn is somewhere in south. Now battle starts at ujjain. Team B is fighting with all army cards with it on tracker and eventually team B wins but is left with only 1 army card. Team B decides to put that 1 army card on army pawn which is at ujjain and now the other army pawn which is in south is left with zero army card, what will happen to it?
@@RDSR19 Hi, reading through your example and explanation above I think you might have been misreading the rules all along. I think these are the things that you are missing: each Army pawn battles only with its corresponding army cards on the tracker. Army cards on the tracker, once placed on an Army, cannot be redistributed during the game. So once you place an army card on Army 1, that card cannot be moved on Army 2 at any point in time. The same with Army 2. Army cards cannot be redistributed on the tracker neither before nor after a battle (or at any other moment during the game). When a player battles with all his army cards, that means that if he battles with Army 1 he will battle with all the army cards corresponding to his Army 1. The same with Army 2. If he battles with both Army 1 and Army 2, then he can battle with all the army cards corresponding to both the Armies (if he wishes to). Still, he cannot redistribute the remaining army cards after a battle between his two Armies. It is the same for attack as well as defense. // An Army cannot battle unless it is present at the battle location (the Army pawn has to be in the battle region). An Army cannot be present on the map if it has no army cards on the tracker corresponding to it. Based on all these rules, the example described by you above cannot occur. // In case of any battle where an Army pawn remains without an army card on the tracker corresponding to it, that Army pawn goes off the map. It respawns in its Home Capital City as soon as the player adds one army card to it on its corresponding tracker location. If the player has lost his Home Capital City to another player, he has to first reconquer it with his remaining Army pawn on the map before he can respawn his lost Army pawn there. If he doesn't have a remaining Army pawn on the map (if both Armp pawns are off the map), he loses the game. // To conclude, I think I understood your confusion now and I hope I was of help in clarifying it. Cheers!
@@goindiagames384 ok i got it all wrong. I misinterpreted the rule. Now its clear and thanks a lot, really appreciable that u are solving all such queries. If I use 2 move actions and then end up into an opponent territory (is this even allowed), how will battle happen in this scenario? Do I mandatorily have to buy a 3rd action? Or will battle happen as my first action in my next turn? But say if the opponent whom I have ended up in the territory has their chance right after mine, do they have to battle compulsorily as their first action or can they use a move action and bring their army?
You do not have to mandatorily buy a 3rd action, the battle will happen as your first action in your next turn. Your opponent does not have to compulsorily battle you (battle/attempting to conquer is only your obligation if you moved into their region), hence they can use their next action as a move action to bring it their remaining army for defense.
Hi, the game was not conceptualized with Catan in mind. But we do find that players who like to play Catan like playing Bharata 600 BC as well. Bharata has lesser luck elements than Catan, as it does not use a dice mechanism, so you get to control the game to a larger extent. It does cover concepts such as Resource Management, which can also be found in Catan, though the game mechanics are different in both of the games.
