Hi! My father had invested in a company few years ago. Due to some issue he lost track of his investment. But recently he came to know that the shares and dividend has been transferred to IEPF. So can you make a video on Detailed Process of claiming shares and dividend from IEPF?
Mam, since the RE is for partly paid up share… immediate amount is just 25% and the other 75% has got nearly 3 years for 2 emis… so indirectly we got the share benefit of loan if we buy RE. Hence the 40% surge in RE for the demand
Dear Rachana Ma'am, I agree with everything you've spoken and I would like to add another aspect to it. RE is trading at premium because through partly paid share one has to invest lesser amount to get same upside (in absolute points) as of the fully paid share. One can invest this differential amount in any debt instrument which will yield additional return in order to compensate for the extra premium paid while buying RE. I hope I've conveyed what I want to say.
@@srikanthningappa9593 I applied for RE Bharti Airtel shares through my hdfc net banking. I could see it in my zerodha account but now i.e. today I cannot see it in my Zerodha account. Why?
And with my mathematics, AIRTEL-RE=206.85 & Airtel=689.90, then sell your all alloted RE & buy Airtel from market then 689.90-206.85=483.05, even less than 535 (the offer price for right issue)
@@vinayseeba yes, for first time investors have to pay only 25% but after some time, remaining 75% needed to pay. And in this time interval Airtel share also grow then there is another some loss.
Thank you wo much for this. I wanted to understand how listed RE works and what is the relation between the two. This is my first encounter with right issue. Please continue doing such videos. Love and respect from pune. 😀
Excellent presentation 😀 !!! I remember watching the earliest of the videos on your channel and the difference in presentation and the confidence then and now is amazing. Your content was always superb and now immaculate presentation has put the cherry on the top.. 👏👍
I am following you mam on RU-vid continuously seeing your youtube your my master thanking so much for guiding me mam and sharing your knowledge day to day now I am started invested on sumitomo chemical
Now publishing such a excellent presentation is only for understanding and not purchasing purposes . May I suggested similar presentation can be before ex date so as to get maximum benefits Thanks
Why would anybody want to buy RE if total amount is 535+204 = 739 when airtel share directly is available at 689? what is the advantage mam? Also, what is the process to apply for my RE ? Also, what is the process to buy RE sold by others?
Why would anybody want to buy Airtel Rights Issue if total amount is 535+204=739, when the same Airtel share directly available at Rs.689. what is the advantage ? Please Explain. Why soo many of them buying this Rights Issue at a high price.
Now upfront need to pay only 204(RE price) +134 (right first Installment)= 338 and remaining 401 rs in two installments over 3years period so technically you have airtel share at 338 for now and definately airtel will not be at 739 only in coming 3 years that's why demand is there
@@jk26.52 I didnt pay any 204. For now, i paid only 133. do i have to pay 204 also? how to do that? For now i followed KFINTEch link and paid only 133 per share allocated.
I achieve great success every week with the guidance of my BROKER and since contacting my BROKER, Mrs Jessica Leigh Caden, I have gained a lot with small losses, her trading strategy is top-notch.
After watching so many RU-vid tutorial videos about trading I was still making losses until Mrs Jessica Leigh Caden started managing my investments now I make $21,560 weekly. God bless Mrs Jessica she has been a blessing to my family.
Please make a video on l&t financial holding please I a great fan of you because the way you give examples to understand the fundamental is good to understand....
Rachna its nice information, I have some doubts pls, explain 1) Airtel right issue ka amount account se kab debit hoga ? 2) I am entitled for 3 shares of Airtel but I applied for 5 shares, in this case what will happened ??
It was indeed a informative video. In continuation to the same I had a doubt. if we buy 50 nos of Bharati Airtel RE whether we require to apply to rights shares again or this will be taken as rights shares and also whether we need to pay the first lot amount on this qty of shares. kindly advise
Really liked and enjoyed Chandu. Please reframe that character with some good looks, unique get up and a nation wide acceptable funny name. Please use it as your Mascot. Good luck !
What happen in the future when we paid all 535Rs of Bharti Airtel PP share? IS it get added in the Fully Paid Bharti Airtel Share or lifelong it is traded ad PP share?
Ma'am you did not mention what's the process of someone has bought through ASBA process and how to pay the remaining amount. Will it be deducted directly from Demat account or the same previoud method Netbanking?
Why would anybody want to buy Airtel Rights Issue if total amount is 535+204=739, when the same Airtel share directly available at Rs.689. what is the advantage ? Please Explain. Why soo many of them buying this Rights Issue at a high price.
Bhai iska matlab ye hy ki tum 740 dene ke liye bhi ready ho 690pe trade hone wale share ke liye..iski vajah se jinke paas pahle se share hy Bharti Airtel wo abhi nahi bechenge apne shares because they expect a more rise in its price. If you but it for 740 you surely going to gain but a little amount..par jiske paas pahle se shares hai they will gain more profit
Ur correct, nice question, in simple words if u or anyone else have the money right now then definitely buying a normal share of Airtel at 690 is better but many people want to buy shares in lots and dont have required funds so they pay more (740 instead of 690) since in this case they will initially just pay a % of 535 and later they get time to arrange for more money to pay the remaining amount.
Can I apply for more RE than allocated to me ? I.e. if I have 1400 share of airtel so I get 100 RE. Now while applying for RE can I apply for more than 100 RE ?
Does that mean that I just wasted my 4000 cause I purchased 20 RE's from market today at 3:00PM And also being a shareholder from the record date I'm entitled to 1 RE and I can apply to n number of RE's? So the new RE's are of no use??
This video coming very very late , just one day before the last day of buying the rights issue, which is 14-oct-2021. Releasing this video atleast 4/5 days before the last day, would give time for the viewers the think & arrange money to buy the rights issue.
Hello Miss Rachana - ty for a lovely video - I am NRI - and I have bharti airtel in my portfolio- am i entitled to rights shares ?? . Can you please throw some light 💡??
Thanks Ma'm for the informative vdo. Small query, I have got 5 Airtel-RE shares in my dmat account. If I don't do anything to these shares till 1st Nov, I expect they will continue to be same in my dmat account, right? Depending on the market conditions, there will be rise or fall.
Call your broker 21oct is last date for apply otherwise your shares will disappear from your Account second option is sell your re shares before 21 Oct
Also, what is the process to buy REs sold by other stake holders? can i just click buy option on AIRTEL-RE in my demat account and buy more of AIRTEL-RE, that others are selling?
Hello , I am 16. And want to invest but most of the stocks are trading at higher valuation what should I do now I am very confused should I wait for some more months (waiting to see crash from 15500 levels )or invest now????
What will happen if i sell Airtel-re now...given that i have already used my rights and applied for the right issue.. airtel-re is still showing in my portfolio
did you get the answer vishnu. i applied for my Rights issue via link in the email recieved from airtel. what happens if i sell my RE appearing in my demat account?
Ma'am I am a regular viewer of your channel. I request one thing that is just keep the vidoe beginning simple .... Singing and acting doesn't match you. Don't take me in wrong way but as a good student of yours I am giving my suggestion or feed back...
Mam market abhi all time high pr h ..and I have fear that in coming time there might be correction of 15 to 20%, mam I don't know how to save my investment aginst this correction if it happens..if I hold it then return might be gone in 5-6% or if I sold then my long term position finished,so mam please make the vedio so that we can manage and keep our good return as well. I don't know what steps should I take if it's happens...
Over 2007-17, Bharti telecom had higher cash outflow from investing than its operating cash flow ! Despite an exponential growth of subscribers base, it delivered 13% cagr with earning declining from Rs 40 billion to loss of Ra 90 billion in 2017. As a result pre tax ROCE declined from 28 to 7% over the decade It’s wealth destroyer and this Madam is coming up with videos after videos giving suggestions to invest in Bharti Telecom 😀😀😀😀
I bought AIRTEL_RE from the open market and now the trading is closed and I have left with the no other option but just to apply for the rights issue before 21 october, 2021. So, I want to know that if I apply a fresh rights issue will it add to my existing rights entitlements?I hold 159 rights entitlements, so will it add to my existing rights if I purchase say 1 more. Will it become 160 or does it just show in the application form that I hold only 1 in total?
Bacause right now you will only have to pay 25% of the Rights share price and the remaining in the next two years when Co. says. By that time, open market price might reach Rs.800 or Rs. 600 or whatever, depending on its demand (market situation) at the time. If you believe going forward, price would appreciate, you can think of buying. Hope it helped.

I have some Bharti Airtel rights issue shares. But I have not received any information from Bharti Airtel Limited, I want to pay the remaining amount of this share, what should I do?
I applied for rights issue by ASBA. 1 day after cut-off date, I got SMS from bank saying "has been rejected by NSE. Rejection Reason is N:DUP DP-CLID. Please rectify and submit the application again." Anyone see this error before? Couldn't find anything on internet.
Hi Rachana. I am facing a problem. I applied for Airtel RE at the registrar's website. I got 2 shares. The shares after a few days were trading in the open market. I bought 10 more. I tried to sell them after a few days, but could not place a sell order. Around Diwali, I checked my portfolio and those 10 shares were gone. I still have the two shares but can't find the rest. Can you help me recover those?
Bcz of your vdo i came to know i can trade those RE shares ..otherwise the last date would have gone. Thanks for such informative vdo. Now what is more beneficial. Hold up n wait for 1st nov. If yes then what would be the price?
mam, i see AIRTEL-RE in my demat account. I didnt do anything on it. But, simultaneously i got an email from bharti airtel regarding rights issue. I applied for the rights issue following the link. Do i have to do anything else on the AIRTEL-RE appearing on my demat account. ??
You missed one point here. Price of RE is 200 includes the interest that would have saved on not investing whole amount 535 now itself. So don't outrightly compare 146 with 200. Many of you take as inspiration incl me. So do best efforts before releasing any public content

Those 50 quantity share is not showing in my demat right now. Will it show when the bharti airtel PP will come in picture or I will not not be able to sell that 50 quantity bharti airtel RE as the trading date closed on 14th October? Can you please clarify me
